Sarahb - I have removed your posts (BOTH threads actually) because, as outlined previously, enquiries about EDS orders have no place on the EDS forum. This does not apply to just the Lounge area, it applies to all sections of this forum. The EDS forum has NOTHING to do with EDS logistics and the people who pack and who track parcels aren't even on this forum!

Please excuse me if I sound a bit irritated but this is getting a bit ridiculous. I cannot for the life of me understand why someone who knows that their parcel was sent back to EDS would not CALL EDS to find out more details.

Anything going wrong with EDS parcels is rare as far as I know, but if for some reason your parcel is taking what you think is longer than usual then:
1. email EDS directly
2. if for some reason you get no reply (my last email to them was filtered out by a spam filter Embarassed

) then CALL them

Also, Sarah, to answer your question specifically - I am sure that Caspers Mum is not blocking your emails. This brings me to another point, please do not PM Caspers Mum or Magda about these matters here as they do not get to check their PMs as often as they would like to. PMing me about these issues is also useless as I do not work for EDS. A phonecall is all it takes to get more info, I'm surprised that people are so reluctant to do this.
