Hi ,
I've got some stretch marks on my thigh and butt. Any recommendations that works !!!
I've presently using pure Vitamin E capsules like 2'ce a week. And is Vitamin E a good choice or is there any thing else.
Thank you !!!

Hi Soki,

Vitamin E oil is great you can take it as a supplement and use it on the skin.

Decleor prolagene gel is very good. But it takes a long time to show it's working. I've been using it for my stretch marks for about 6 weeks now and am just starting to notice an improvement. I've heard lots of good reviews so am very hopeful.

Rose hip seed oil is excellent too and you can use this directly on the skin, I will be getting some soon. I'm currently using the Decleor tonilastil oil which you use first before applying the prolagene gel. It's best to do this routine twice a day, but I'm only managing once. You get quicker results twice a day Smile

Hope this helps,

rebelgirl xx

You may want to consult someone in your area who does this service, as microderm can help with some stretch marks.

Also, Decleor has products for reducing the appearance of these: Tonelastil Oil & Creme!

When I was pregnant I use to massage cocoa (pure) butter into my skin. It worked well. After having twins my skin was a bit stretched but I did not get any of those ugly looking stretch marks.

My mother use to you the cocoa butter in her days and still uses it to this day.
