Hiya - i've recently purchase valmont renewing pack and was wondering if its a good idea to leave this mask on overnight?

I routinely leave the renewing pack on overnight. I love it,  and its never made me break out or anything, I just like the way my skin looks in the morning.  In fact, whenever I use this product, I rarely take it off, and prefer to leave it in my skin. 
I have no list of the ingedients though, I through the box out....  |

I leave this on overnight sometimes as well.
