I wanted to like this product. Feels good on my skin, absorbs quickly but alas at the end of the day, a new pimple appeared. I'm not taking any chances with my face. will not purchase again. |

Since I don't apply the Rose Cream very often these days because of my not-so-dry-anymore skin, I switched to Quince Cream, which is lighter and contains less oil. It works well on my normal-to-dry skin, leaves nothing but soothed, silken skin and triggers no blemishes. Love it! |

Is it really good for dry skin in winter? |

I have combination and acne prone skin. I looove this cream!! It moisturizes well, not greasy at all. It won't clog pores, won't break me out. I bought a full size of this and it last for three months with me using only in the morning.
I want to buy it again while I am wondering should I use this creme only along with other products from Dr. Hauschka? |

No, it does not moisturize enough for dry skin at all. Even for my comb skin, it is not enough during winter. |

It did not break me out but it is a day cream, designed to normalize oil and keep shine at a minimum, so it was not too greasy.
I have used it for several years over my Proheal and HydraCool and it adds a nice touch.
Very light once it soaks in and just the right touch of hydration. |

I received this product in the Dr. Hauschka 'trial kit' and have used it a few times but due to my acne prone combi skin I'm a bit weary... it has a very thick texture and I worry about break outs. I've only ever used it on lazy days when I do not put on makeup. I really like the moisturising day cream though! It's more of a lotion than a cream but it's light and feels good on my skin. LOVE the smell of the rose day cream but probably better for winter time! |

Hello, all DR. H products actually specify for which skin type they are.
And while so far, the one that I liked best was Rose Light cream, I found it was not sufficiently moisturizing for my combination skin. I felt dry toward mid-day.
Regular rose cream was too heavy... I have tried Moisturizing day cream, and that one really made me feel moisturized, although the scent is not as pleasing as Rose creams.
After reading all the reviews I purchased the Quince, and honestly am a bit disappointed - it is way too rich for me.
even if i take a bit and warm it between hands and apply, my nose and forehead shine all day. Comes through mineral makeup with finishing powder containing clay.
I am not on to try the normalizing oil with translucent brozne concentrate |

I like this cream as well. But I even like the rose cream smell. |

I much prefer the Rose Day Cream based on the scent alone. For some reason i can't stand the smell of Quince. Both do leave a sheen though and makes my skin oilier as the day goes by. |

I would prefer rose rather than quince. |

I've been in love with Dr. H products for years now.
I've had rose light , tried rose regular but found it too rich for me. Then switched onto Quince and been using it interchangeably with their moisturizing oil.
I've used it year around, but now come cold Canadian months, i find my forehead is drying out so I mix a few drops of oils with quince - awesome |
