I used to use the Skin Biology shampoo and loved it but it has SLS in it. My hair has always sort of fallen out a lot and someone on here said that SLS made their hair fall out. What are some recommendations for shampoos that do not contain SLS but leave hair silky and shiny? |

Where do you live? In the U.S., you can get sulfate-free shampoos at health food stores like Whole Foods. I believe Aubrey’s Organic is SLS, and I know that a brand called “J.A.S.O.N” is sulfate-free and available at health food stores for less than $10USD per bottle.
At the higher end of the price scale, all Pureology products are completely sulfate free, but they cost about twenty bucks per 16-oz bottle.
And then there is a sulfate-free shampoo that you can get at your local Walgreens pharmacy called “Paves - No Sulfates Allowed, Shine Repairing Shampoo” at costs less than $7.00. Paves also has a nice matching conditioning milk, and their shine serum is to-die for! Perform a search of the board using “Paves” and “CareKate” as the keywords to find my product review and “testimonials” from other satisfied EDS members! |

Thanks. I knew there were quite a few out there and was looking for ones that were good. I think I'll try Aubrey first as I can get it at the local health food store. I want to see if there is any impact on how much hair loss I have. |
