I think I am becoming a Dermalogica convert!!!
I was not expecting much from this mask but really liked it, the consistency is rather thin, not a thick mud mask.
The Kaolin makes it white and thin. No tightness at all and it did not leave my skin all dry and flaky afterwards like most masks do.
My complexion was nice and bright after I had rinsed it off and I followed with ACV toner.
I have oily skin and would recomend this to other fellow oilies Very Happy

I use this mask on the T-zone area in the summer. It does work well at absorbing excess oil.

hi rosebud

Ive also used this mask in the past. I liked it but found all it did was actually absorb excess oil, without dealinging the breakout-prone aspect of my skin. It doesnt really contain any AHA's or BHA's or anything that would do this.

If you are acne prone, then id definetly go for La Prairie's Cellular Purifying Regulating Mask because this is amazing at dealing both with the oil and acne side of things.

Yes, being LP its expensive - its around £62 in stores but you can get it at around £50 on ebay andwww.strawberrynet.com but I couldnt rave about it enough. I tried a 7ml sample and gave me 3 full facials, which is awesome.

Try a sample to decide if its for you first. Whenever I tell people about La Prairie they just tell me about how crazily priced their stuff is and how they would never pay that much. I even said the same before I gave the samples a go - and then I realised why. I admit their ingredients are too potent for some - but if you tolerate them the the purifying line is just out of this world.

Sorry for ranting - im just so passionate!

Hey farouk

Do you think all La Prairie counters give out samples? I hope I can get some at the downtown "classy" department store. But being in NZ, I am not sure how stingy they are with samples. I certainly won't feel anything if they just put it on my face in the store...

I would never consider buying it full size if I haven't tried it before.. simply because $$$
