Hi, this question is for Ian
i am soo excited about this Derma Excel 7 product, i am currently saving so that i can get botox on my forehead at for my birthday in a couple of months time but if this stuff worked i would be thrilled - no needles.
Will there be samples available to buy of this product ?? Even just enough for a couple of uses?? I know the testimonials will come from the forum members who received their free bottles, but i still like to try before i buy if possible.
Thanks
Nicola |

Okay, what am I doing wrong? I have been using it for several days now and haven't noticed any improvement. Maybe a little more firmness in general, but I haven't seen any effect on my deep wrinkles. I've tried using it just on the wrinkles and on the entire face. Any suggestions?
RGW - are you using the entire JB line (prep, ADCE)? I've tried it with both but still no "WOW" factor. |

Hi TAMgirl,
Glad to see I'm not the only one here not seeing those "almost immediate" results spoken of here. I've applied it over my other JB products 3 times now and really haven't noticed any changes. After re-reading Ians posting above I think maybe I'm not using enough product. Maybe the same for you? I'm going to go a bit heavier when I apply today, will let you know if that helped for me.

Yes, I too noticed that he used quite a bit for wrinkles, which I found odd because a little goes a LONG way. Maybe we do need to apply more and just kind of layer it. I'll try it and post back my results too. |

Nothing noticeable here either and I have used it for about 4 days. I have been using it with the ADCE & skin prep. Are you supposed to use it day and night? I have only been using it at night. Maybe I need to use it both AM & PM. Also I only use it on my forehead lines and my 11s (which are almost gone thanks to ADCE). Anyway, I have one line on my forehead that is deeper than I'd like, so I was hoping this would work on that since the ADCE doesn;t seem to be. But so far....no such luck. Maybe I need to use more too.
Please let me know what I am doing wrong.

I received my DermaExcel today. Thank you so much Ian. Your generosity is so appreciated. I applied it tonight after my usual routine. It most definitely is more powerful then AlphaDerma. It is much harder for me to crunch up my forehead. I need a week to use it before I can review it....but....it certainly seems wonderful. |

I just put it on a clean face before anything else and leave it to dry completly before applying my serum.
After about 10min my forhead is much harder to scrunch. |

I have been using it for about 2 weeks and I don't see any response either. I have faint laugh lines so there isn't too much to improve....then a couple worry lines about my eyebrows. Glad to see I am not the only one not seeing results-but I wish I was |

not tried it yet, those who are not seeing results, how deep/much wrinkling do you have? Sorry if that sounds nosey, I was just thinking if you didn't have much to un-wrinkle it wouldn't seem to work |

Eve - for my age I shouldn't have the wrinkles that I do, but unfortunately I wasn't smart enough in my earlier years to realize the risks of so much sun/tanning. So, I now have one pretty deep laugh line on the left and a much smaller one on the right (my smile is a little crooked! ) I have two medium lines on my forehead as well, but none around my eyes. So I have a mix and I haven't seen any effect on any of them, but I sure wish they'd go away!!! I'm too young! |

I have a question for Ian but first let me say thank you so much for being so generous and sending us this product. Here is my question: Can heat hurt or diminish the strength of this product? I ask this because I live in Houston and it seems as if the bottle might have spent a few days in storage or in the UPS van. When the hurricane was supposed to hit Houston, we were having a heat wave with temperatures reaching a high as 107 degrees (although while I was stuck on the highway my car was reading that the temperature was 112 degrees but that could have been because of the pavement and all the other vehicles). So when I received my bottle this past Tuesday, September 27 the bottle was extremely hot. It felt like someone had put it in the oven. I have been using faithfully every day since I received it and I have not felt a tingling sensation nor have I noticed any difference. I am afraid that the heat did something to the active ingredients. Could my theory be correct?
Again, thank you so much!!! |

I received mine today and will report back in a couple of days. I have 2 frown lines that even vialox couldn't improve. Probably due to having a hormonal 14-year-old. I spend most of my day scowling & frowning. If it helps me, it should help everyone!! |

Looking forward to hearing about your results then! I'd better call up JB about mine I guess. |

First of all I would like to say they all went out USPS so if some are taking longer than others that is to be expected and I apologize. We tested this product on 100 people over 60 days and found that 90% saw astonishing results immediately. Those people used nothing but our organic cleanser, AlphaDerma and Derma Excel 7. The others had skin that needed a small push to see the same fast amazing results and that was using the Skin Prep then AlphaDerma then Derma Excel. This product was made to be used after the AlphaDerma as the AlphaDerma sets the skin for the Derma Excel 7. Certainly it is also a stand alone item for those people who have no other concerns than to rid the deep wrinkles that nothing else has worked on. That was the entire purpose of this item to give you something cutting edge that will eliminate even the worst of wrinkles all by itself. But we suggest it is used in our skin care regimen after the Alpha. This product has all the best of everything so if you do not see results with this immediately then the only thing left in my humble opinion is injections. It has 5% Leuphasyl, 10% Argireline, 10% Pentapeptide"snap 7", DMAE and Shae Butter and more. I guess I should have charged shipping or at least given you the consumer the choice of a faster shipping method as yes this item is very heat sensitive & long shipping methods in extreme heat could cause some problems. Again if it sits out in the heat too long it will affect its overall potency and benefits. For the people who received it and it is working I am happy. For the people who did not see anything there can be reasons for that. Number 1 I trusted USPS & that was a mistake they took way to long to deliver but I did not charge for shipping so that is my fault. Number two it is also Light sensitive so it really belongs in a box and a darker tinted light proof bottle and label. We just received the new gorgeous light resistent labels and bottles that look the same as the others but have a distinct difference with the light sensitivity. So if you saw results it is now available for sale on JBs site and is in the correct packaging except the box which is still in transit but with the new bottle and labels the light sensitivity should not be a problem. For the people who did not see anything which I really find hard to beleive as this is one of the best on the market period I would say a couple of things in combination could have effected its performance. First at the very least the AlphaDerma sets the skin up for the Derma Excel 7 so you should be cleansing then AlphaDerma and let it absorb fully before applying it. The c-serum helps aide in the absorption but is not as important as the AlphaDerma. And also the skin prep helps those people with the "lack of cellular energy" when skin has a hard time absorbing the benefits of anything. Like I said I have made it live on my site and I did a special offer that I am telling EDS first. Buy the Derma Excel 7 and get a FREE Equal size AlphaDerma. Anyone who did not see results should take advantage of this limited time offer as it is not going to be up long and JB is the only seller of this item. No one else has been given selling rights. The people who loved it now have a great offer to get both items at a great deal. I guarantee if all the variables are correct all will see those tramendous benefits. I stake my reputation on it as a skin care manufacturer. The combination of the best peptides plus optimum percentages makes this the very next generation Amino Peptide wrinkle cream. It is unique just by the actives in it and very expensive for other manufacturers to make without the same type of resources. Anyone who has been turned down and can show they were in the free offer before it expired I will personally send it as soon as you call and let Lou Martelli know. I am now sending the legitimate packaging and special light resistent bottle and label. If you do not feel and see immediate results while you are applying it then somewhere 1 of the steps were not followed as I did a study on this and so far the majority all saw botox like effects immediately. Anyone else out there who wants to try it get in now with the free AlphaDerma offer and you will see the results right before your eyes!
On the buy now page you will find the offer.I wanted to get it to EDS so fast I did not spend the proper time writing everything and even on the web it is not fully explained. Rest assured that in the next day or two that will all change and you will have more info than you can read with all the clinical data as well. There are so many new cheap versions of wrinkle creams on the market now it is hard to choose.
Just remember you get what you pay for, especially in skin care. I would never put a item out to make a fast return and not give it my all. The Derma Excel 7 is really the best of the ingredients available to the skin care manufacturers for a cosmetic anti-wrinkle cream application.
Always A Pleasure!!

Yes Just don't put directly on your lips to fill in lines. I have been using it right above my lip. BTW: I find for optimal results I use DermaExcel as follows:
Wash and Tone (AM/PM)
Mineral Prep (AM/PM)
Vit C (AM only)
*DermaExcel on problem areas (AM/PM)
AlphaDermaCE (AM/PM)
Makeup/moisturizer as needed 5 or so minutes after AlphaDermaCE
* I try to wait 10 minutes (if able) before applying AlphaDerma. I know JB advises using AlphaDermaCE before DermaExcel and surely that is best. Somehow for me the above application gives me the best results for my skin.
I have found that the effects of DermaExcel does not wash away. This was not explained in the offer and I wondered. From what I can see it is cumulative. If you stop using it the results will gradually fade. The same goes for AlphaDerma (in my personal experience).
For new users: Go light on JB products. A little goes FAR. You can always add more. |

The Derma Excel 7 is for anywhere wrinkles are present, especially like the area above the lips that have the hard to remove wrinkles. Starting this coming week a page will go up on the JB site with all the questions and info you will need about the product and the ingredients. The new labels that just came in have more info and are the real foil labels not the digital labels that were made just for the giveaway. We also have a new brochure that is going with it that will explain everything down to each ingredient and why they are so important. It will also put it into the JB regimen and tell how to use in conjunction and which products work best for each type of skin type.

Right away you can tell it is much stronger. But I want to know how you feel it reacts with your skin and if you like the feel and notice what we noticed immediately. The only problem with you is your skin is so good from all the other items I don't know how much better your skin can become. But on the hard to remove lines what's happening?

Ian, I sent you an email the same day you advised of the free offer and I offered to pay for the shipping but I did not receive any further response. I also sent an email to Nicole asking if I had been included in the free offer but again did not receive any reply. I have now given up. |
