I'm one of the very lucky people who received the very generously donated Derma Excel 7 from Ian. I am a real fan of Alphaderma and Facial Skin Prep, which I've been using for about a year (also love the cleanisng cream!). Anyway, I don't appear to be having the WOW results that I was kind of expecting. Could be my fault, not doing something right. Or maybe the Alphaderma has already done great things? (It has.) It's just I can't see that much of a difference between the effects of Derma Excel 7 and Alphaderma... I hate to sound like I'm moaning, I really appreciate Ian's kindness and generosity. What do ya think?! Thanks |
I also have been using AlphaDermaCE/Mineral Prep for well over a year. Like you, the results have been outstanding. Using ADCE for so long I honestly didn't expect much from DE7. Even JB thought I peaked. I am OLD and have only a few wrinkles now. I must say DermaExcel7 smoothed out the wrinkle above my brow that my hair hides so well. Nose to mouth lines are barely there since adding DermaExcel 7. I only have those two areas that I need to use DE7 but I am SO EXCITED to be able to pull my hair back. |

Thanks for that, Winnie. Yes, that does make sense, so I'll just carry on, I think, using the Derma Excel and look out for subtle improvements! Do you think it would be bad to use it all over the face/neck? I must admit, I have done this a few times, even though Ian says not to! |

Why did you have to ask that? Yes, I did try it twice. Another member mentioned applying to whole face. Of course, I needed to try myself. I did it when I was going to a party prior to makeup. One pump over ADCE while still somewhat moist was all I needed. My face looked nice and firm and smooth. Perhaps I will do that when I want to look extra special. Besides blush and lipstick I don't wear makeup on a daily basis. |

why did I finally have to make it back to the boards in October and not September. That was an amazing and generous offer. Would have loved to try it but for now will just wait till my budget allows it. |

I totally missed the post on this.
I did order the 5 day sampler and the Alphaderma, prep and the cleansing milk (4 oz of each) I can't wait till I get this to start using but I am just so disappointed I missed out on getting a free bottle of DermaExcel 7.

Thank you Ian and JB -- this stuff works! My mother recently passed away after four years of declining health. The fret lines between my brows have understandably gotten a workout, but this product smooths them considerably.
JB products give visable results quickly, in my experience. |

I'm doing a happy dance, but none of you can see it. It turns out that I DID make the list for the free DE7 and J&B shipped it; however, UPS messed up. I spoke to Lou and after a couple of calls to UPS, he is starting a tracking investigation. J&B PAID for it to be shipped, but UPS has no record of picking it up or delivering it. Lou assured me he would honor my free bottle of DE7. After such a sweet thing, how could I just try the sample kit??! So I bought the 'build your own' (which has a coupon this month) and now I'm all tingly waiting for my new toys. I was trying to decide which mask to choose and thanks to Winnie I will try the PSF sample that includes the pumpkin mask. I still want to try the renewed radiance from J7B, but Winnie hasn't steered me wrong yet! I am sooooo excited!!! Thanks to everyone for their honest experiences and all the product advice. I've never felt better about my skin. I've told everyone about this forum (even the Estee Laudar counter lady - her daughter has acne issues). She wrote down the web address. I swear we are like a cult or something.
Thanks to Ian and J&B for such a great offer!! You guys rock! |
