Hope I'm in the right folder - I noticed yesterday that my lips had got very chapped and in the corners of the upper lip especially I have teeny tiny white 'spots' the size of a pinhead. They look like blisters almost but are flat - I can't really feel them and they only notice if you look closely. I haven't changed anything I use on my skin BUT I have recently tried 'Rapid White Brush On' tooth whitener thingy. (Which wasn't that great to be honest! - Think just better stop drinking so much coffee!!!)Now it says that you should avoind getting it on your gums and hold your 'grin' after application for 30 mins. As the 'spots' and are on the inner edge of my upper lip where it touches my 'canine' teeth when I smile or whatever, I think it must be the rapid white. Its not sore a bit tingly perhaps. Anyone else noticed this using a whitening product (it has no peroxide) or how long it will last and how I can get rid of them?
Thanks

Lucia, when I was using GoSmile I used to get these white patches on the gums that would disappear after a while. This might be related. One of my friends in the US figured out that she can't use GoSmile because the patches on her gums lasted for a very long time. I wish I could tell you how long but I didn't follow up on that with her. I know she emailed the guy from GoSmile about it but she complained that he never got back to her so I am not sure if she managed to find out anything else. |

Hmm I got those white patches too. I didnt think of it till now, I just posted on the Go Smile thread. I am very unhappy that they have the time to do all the flash marketing stuff but they don't deal with customer queries. |

I think I have the same problem as well. I guess it is maybe due to the lipstick I used... so now I dona't use any lip makeups at all. meanwhile I feel carmax and softlip are very good for me. I use carmax in winter and softlip during summer |
