I have some quite obvious red marks on face, I am not too sure is it caused from my old acne, or it caused by my sensitive skin? but it's not itchy/ hot.
Actually, i got it many years already, I'm searching which product can reduce it for a long time....

Well, if they acne scars, I would recommend more exfoliating and Vit C serum. Dermalogica's Daily Microfoliant for example. You could just use this once a day. I noticed in another thread that you are using the Dr.H Cleansing Cream, which also acts an exfoliant, although, I do not think it will help with the scarring. Both of these on the same day would not be necessary, so alternating might be best. As for the C serum; I think you order the PSF, right? If so, that should start to help over time as well.

It will take time for those marks to fo away though. In the meantime, make sure you wear a good sunscreen everyday, to help fade them as well! Smile

If it is caused my sensitive skin, you need to find out what your skin is reacting to, and stop using it.

Yes, I ordered PSF vit.c serum already, I'm using DHCC, really excited to know vit.c serum can improve it if it's acne scars! I will keep using it, and see the result later, coz I still not yet received it, I can't wait it any more!!!

For my red marks i am having luck with the Epidermx microdermabrasion scrub. My skin was oily before but is much less so ... some of my large pores are also reduced by like half.

Another thing you may consider is the Obaji Nu-Derm Clear. I haven't used this one but my friend says it's working great for her.

The DHCC will help keep you pores clean, but it will not be enough of an exfoliant to reduce scars. Vit C on its own, will take a long time. Epidermx/Microdermx is another good idea, although I am not sure if it is suitable for your skin type. Obagi is definitley something I would not get if you have sensitive skin. Smile

The Vitamin C serum would help, also Dr Hauschka Rejuvenating Face Mask is good for softening any scars or marks.
