decleor tonic water
decleor ylang ylang oil
decleor ylang ylang night balm
decleor essential night balm on red spots and such...

I just got Dr.H trial set from EDS. and so here's my new regime:
AM:
Dr. H cleansing milk (will try the cleansing cream after i finish the milk, it sounds more popular here)
Dr. H Rose Cream (so far so good, on my third day)
Dr. Ci:Labo Sunscreen SPF36(japanese brand, a little pricy, but it works well on me, trying to find an alternative)
Shu Uemura Under Base Mousse SPF10 (love this, it disappears into your skin, feels and looking like you have nothing on).
PM:
Oil cleanser (i have my homemade one, thanks to EDS ladies)
Dr. H cleansing milk
Dr. H Rose Cream (even though it's a day cream, i read somewhere on the forum that it could be use for a night cream too )
--> i alternate with Declore Essential Balm for night cream too. |

AM:
-wash with Alpha Hydrox Foaming Cleanser
-Dermalogica Microfoliant (several times a week)
-Paula's Choice BHA 2% Liquid
-a bit of Cerave lotion, as needed
-LRP Active C for combo skin
-Eucerin Extra Protective SPF 30
PM:
-remove m/u and ss with straight Jojoba oil and washcloth
-cleanse w/ AH Cleanser
-Microfoliant (as needed)
-PC BHA
-Taz .1% gel all over (including tiny bit around eyes) after waiting at least 30 mins after cleansing
-use a bit of Cerave here and there as needed
This routine is very simple, relatively cheap, and extremely effective. I will be on Taz for the rest of my life for the anti acne/ageing. This is the biggest anti ageing weapon anywhere and I'm surprised more people here don't use it or another rx retinoid!! I am looking to get a much higher ppd ss though, but I'm very sensitive to chemical sunscreens. Since starting the taz in Jan, my skin has never been this clear (no zits right now, knock on wood) or even-toned. |

My regular routine is:
AM:
Druide Tea Tree Oil Cleanser
jojoba oil mixed with aloe vera as moisturizer
makeup
PM:
Druide Tea Tree Oil Cleanser - I use this with an microdermabrasion cloth for exfoliation
Diluted apple cider vinegar as toner
jojoba oil mixed with aloe vera as moisturizer
sometimes AHA creme, wait 30-45 min then copper peptide serum on a scar that I have.
Once or twice a week: PSF Pumpkin Enzyme peel as a mask. I leave this on until it dries and then wash off.
However, I'm changing it up a little now and trying the castor oil mixed with jojoba oil to remove makeup in the evenings followed up by cleanser and toner as usual. I also want to add in an eye-creme, and I'll also probably start using the eyebright serum that my mom uses for some slightly dark undereye circles. |

I like to keep it simple and mix things up so my skin never gets used to anything. It seems to prolong the results for me.
AM:
1. Cleanse with one of following (alternating daily): 302 face/body bar, Natures' Gift Clarifying castile soap, 302 Acne Cleanser, or OSEA Cleansing Mudd.
2. Apply raspberry seed oil/hazelnut oil with EOs mixed in if needed for moisturiser/blemishes (my own mix).
3. MMU for sunscreen and makeup.
PM:
1. Cleanse with one of the cleansers listed above. Try not to use the same thing as in the morning.
2. Apply one of the following topicals (alternating daily): 302 drops, 302 A Boost, 302 C Boost, Skinactives Seakelp Bioferment, raspberry seed oil/hazelnut oil with EOs.
Once a week: Aztec Clay Mask with ACV
Every 3 months I take a break from my main topicals and just cleanse and use oils or use other non-acid topicals for 2-3 weeks, and then when I restart my main topicals, my skin responds even better. |

Time to update mine as well. Last I reported (mid January), I was using mostly Ice Elements. Although I like the products, my skin was never as good as it had been when I'd used some of the IS Clinical products in the fall. So I switched back, but this time added more products from the line. (I'm still using some of the cleansers, Eye Cream and the 2MM from IE to use them up). It's been about 2 weeks and the difference is definitely noticeable! Using IE, I seemed to be getting more breakouts no matter if I tried the N/O or N/O products, but since starting ISC again, my skin has really cleared up and it's become so smooth again! I had been getting back the little forehead lines and they have really started to smooth out again. Definitely pleased!
AM:
Ice Elements Refining Cleanser or Gel Cleanser (alternate days)
Remergent Microcirculation Therapy (around eyes)
Remergent Clarifying Concentrate (spot treat)
Vivier Vitamin-C High Potency Serum 20
IS Clinical Hydra-Cool (if I need extra moisture)
Ice Elements Eye Cream (once this is done, I'm going to try Cellcosmet Eye Contour Cream)
IS Clinical Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF 20 OR Remergent SPF30
PM:
Yonka Gel Nettoyant and/or Dermalogica Precleanse
Remergent Microcirculation Therapy (around eyes)
Remergent Clarifying Concentrate (spot treat)
IS Clinical Active Serum (alternate days)
IS Clinical Firming Complex (alternate days)
IS Clinical Moisturizing Complex
Ice Elements Eye Cream
Other: IS Clinical Poly-Vitamin Serum (I'll sometimes use this in place of the Active or Firming Cream)
Exfoliation: PSF MicroCrystal Resurfacing Cream 1x/week and during the week I might use Ice Elements 2-Minute Miracle Exfoliating Gel if necesssary
Extra Sun Protection: Colorescience Face Sunforgettable Brush SPF 30 to touch up later in the day if necessary.
A note about the Remergent Microcirculation and Clarifying Concentrate ... I have been using these for about 2 months or so now and so far no real noticeable difference. I'll use them up and then it's on to try something new for the dark circles and hyperpigmentation. |
