i have been using decleor products for a while now, and have tried samples of YY oil and their balm and have been finding my skin really oily in the day, however i switched to the neroli and baume essentials and my skin is not as oily!!
i find this realllyyy strange as YY is meant to be best for oily/combo skin but skin seems to prefer neroli!!im still shiney but not 'dripping' /'gleaming'
i also use cleansing gel/mattifying toner/hydra mat/prologean (for red marks) and the eye cream, ive been told the prologene takes 90 days to see a difference im on about day 30.....(and counting) however im still getting spots/red bumps so this seems to overide the red marks!!
i have also discovered witch hazel for nasty spots!! really helps with the redness and inflamation of the spots.
sorry but i had to share.. |

I too had a sample of the Neroli and it was wonderful for my oily skin.
At the moment I have been using witch hazel as my morning toner followed by Jojoba oil, then in the evening I love the Apple Cider Vinegar toner. |

rosebud
witch hazel really helps and is true, i use to buy tea tree oils stick but it wasnt helping, and buy chance ihad some WH and it works! it also quite cheap which helps!
i find it strange with neroli that is works on my skin, i thought only YY would do the trick.
i have discovered decleor and love natural oils, they smell good.
what does the jojoba oil do? |

I was using the Dr Hauschka Normalising Day Oil but found it a little too oily after I had applied it.
The Jojoba moisturizes my skin but regulates oil production throughout the day, it also sinks in a lot quicker that the Dr H NDO.
Since I have been following my current regime my skin has gone from very oily to normal.
Jojoba is also good as an eye make-up remover, in fact you could try mixing some Neroli Essential Oil into the Jojoba
I bought my Jojoba from Neal's Yard for £7 but I think you can get in cheaper than that, it lasts for ages too |

Interesting; I'm experiencing the exact same thing with these products....
I still fancy them very much though, but like you I have also been wondering about this

Hmmmm -- can one of you ladies post the ingredients of the Neroli oil? I'm nearly thru my latest batch of homemade Y-Y oil so maybe I'll try to make a batch of homemade Neroli instead.... |

rosebud...do u use jojoba oil straight as ur makeup remover? Is it good for eyemakeup or is it a facial makeup remover? |

I use it as all 3 actually
This is the best moisturiser I have ever found!!!
In the evening I put some on some cooton wool to remove my eye make-up, if I have been wearing heavy face make -up then yes I will use to take off face make-up to.
Then I wash as normal using homemade Dr Hauschka Cleansing Cream. |
