I haven't run across JI in any retail stores. I know Sephora don't carry it, but it is available at several spas in the Toronto area. You could check out /http://w.iciparis.ca since they advertise JI on their website. They're located on the Danforth.

Hi Toronto_Belle,
You should try Pure & Simple. I got a really excellent Jane Iredale powder brush there and I believe it carries the cosmetic line as well.
Try http://www.pureandsimple.ca or visit one of their stores in Yorkville or on Yonge near Eglington.
