Hi,
I am going to purchase JB facial prep & alpha derm (for two reasons-1. Ian was incredibly generous with the derma excel 7 offer and I want to use it the way it is intended with other JB products 2. I stopped using SC B-5 gel & intensive defense). Is it ok to use the two new products in the a.m with SC C + E Ferulic and then in the p.m. with Kinerase C6 and GM Colin Retinol Q10?

I can asnwer the morning bit - that sounds fine. Skin prep, followed by SC serum, followed by Alphaderma followed by DermaExcel7 where required.
I don't know what the Kinerase C6 is so I can't really answer the evening one... |

As Mabsy said you AM routine is just fine.
I believe Kinerase C6 has .5% Argireline. AlphaDermCE has 10%. Although I am one who would prefer not to use more then 10% there have been many discussion on the forum concerning the safety of Argireline. You should be fine.  I would do a small area the first few nights if you are going to combine these products. Perhaps you can apply just under your jaw. Dr. Rullan states on JB website:" Some of my patients have added eye moisturizers to this system, and others have added "retinoid" creams in areas where they have larger pores or acne scars". Most likely your GM Collins product will work in fine.
When you get your JB Products do give Mineral Prep, AlphaDermaCE and DermaExcel7 a chance at night without the other products. Add other products if you think necessary. Good luck. I hope you have the success with JB that I have. |
