I have been out of the country lately and for the sake of packing lightly, abandoned my regular rather elaborate skincare regime for something simple. As a result, many small bumps developed under my skin, at both sides of my cheeks. They are rather "inactive" but they bother me no end, cos when I wash my face, I feel these numerous tiny bumps. They are like white heads, except they are not as superficial, so you cannot even sqeeze them. Simply frustrating. Can you guys suggest some ways of getting rid of these bumps?? Thks. |

`Sounds like you've got a case of congestion. What I recommend that you do is use a product like Dermalogica's Daily Microfoliant. This will gently remove dull, dead skin cells - these are what often trap oil & dirt, causing congestion. |
