It took me 6 stores in 2 days to find this dang mascara! I will probably be one of the only odd ones out here but...I love the dark pigment so give it an A+, but it adds no lengthen or volume on me, it just enhances what I already have, it does separate nicely, but if it weren't for the dark pigment I wouldn't like it at all. I suspect those of you with great lashes that need enhancing only will love this as it has more of a natural look and feel, but my lashes aren't great and I need *enhancement*. My number one mascara right now is still Lancome Hypnose for the dark pigment, it enhances volume and lengthen on me and gives me a nice dramatic look that wears great until I take it off. For my lashes I need a bit more drama than natural. |

I bought a tube of it just so I could get the mascara wand! I immediately tossed the mascara into the trash and washed up the brush and now use it as a "lash comb" in the mornings before I apply my Ardell and then curl my lashes..... |

I was going to buy the MaxFactor Volume Couture but the I liked the looks of the Lash Perfection brush better (it looked more dense). I LOVE the wand but I'm not sure about the formula. Today is only my second day wearing it. You can see where I have had breakage in the second pic

Sundew,
Your eyes are amazing!!! And your eyelashes are soo freaking long!! If you don't mind me asking, do you use any lash serum? |

Thanks Poohlisey I don't use a lash serum but I definitely want to try CareKate's once it comes out! I did try Ardell but had a bad experience with it; I think I bought a bad tube
After wearing this mascara for the second day, I can say that it doesn't smudge or flake and washes off easy. It doesn't seem very conditioning but I guess I can't really expect that from a drugstore mascara. Much better than the Almay I tried a couple weeks ago. It made me cringe the few times I had to use it. |

Got "Lash Perfection Volume Couture" in Auburn... Love it! It lengthens and separates my lashes, does not smudge off, very nice color... |

Sundew...wow...you have really long lashes. I also love that mascara. It seperates well and I feel like it lengthens too. I have gotten many compliments using it....the trick is to not use too much...if you do a second coat (which I always try to do)...it clumps. |

i used the new max factor volume couture... and while i must say that it does make my eyelashes look extrmely long and full, it si EXTREMELY hard to wash off!
i never seen more eyelashes fall out at one time in my life! i used an eye makeup remover and a cotton ball, and it was covered in eyelashes by the time i got all of the mascara off!
does anyone else seem to have this problem? |
