I've never tried oils on my skin before..But its getting cold and I know my skin will definitely need more moisture with the months to come...Anyone out there know anything good for sensitive, rosacea-prone skin that has good moisture qualities? Thanks:) |

I haven't stuck with this consistently, but the following site has something they call "Rosacea Synergy" and the ingredients made sense once I researched them. I have the synergy and am considering retrying and sticking with it. They suggested I mix with Hazelnut oil because of the acne/oily factor. I was also considering jojoba because it seems to be a good all-around carrier oil. Here is the link.

I have called and asked them questions and they are very helpful. Their website is full of information and their monthly newsletter is also full of good ideas. HTH. |

Hi Purpleturtle...I've been experimenting with organic jojoba oil for the past few weeks, and it has been great for my super sensitive skin! I don't add any essential oils or anything to it (because I'm allergic to fragrant oil), a few drops and my skin is super soft, I also use a bit in my hair to soften and remove fly aways! If I don't react to it, nobody will! I like to use it under my regular moisturizer during the day, or just alone at night after cleansing. Love, love this stuff, works better than any expensive moisturizer I've ever used, and pretty cheap too! HTH Donna |
