| im 16 and ive noticed i already have fine lines under my eyes.. there pretty small but there are quite a few under each eye.. i think i got them from rubbing my eyes too much when i had allergies cuz thats when i first noticed i had them.. does anyone know of a good eye cream for them? i dont wanna use something too harsh.. do you think nivea q10 would be good to use? |

I'm no expert here ... but I would think that CoQ10 would be "too much product" for your age.
I would look for something nourishing that also helps with lines.
Now ... given your age, you might want to look at something like a Vitamin E eye cream. In Canada there is a Jameson formulation that has, of course, Vitamin E plus some firming things. It's a light tan colour ... but it absorbs nicely and it's not terribly expensive. Under $20 Canadian.
I don't know where you are ... or how much money you have at your disposal.
There are lots of wonderful eye creams out there ... for a wide variety of prices ... and it's certainly never too early to begin ensuring that the delicate skin around the eye is protected and nourished.
If I'm going to go with a commercial preparation, I generally try to find something that has as few ingredients as possible ... which is why I like Jameson's Vitamin E eye serum ... but that's me and my skin. Your skin might not be bothered by all the other stuff that manufacturers put into their creams ...
Just remember that a very little bit generally goes a very long way with that area of the face.

What about using an eye gel or even just some aloe vera gel would do the job  |

Hi,
I think you're very smart to think of this at 16!  .
I started using eye cream at about 18 and I'm now 27 and I don't have a single crease around my eyes.
Just my opinion, but you could always just buy Natural Jojoba Oil and dab just a bit around your eyes 2x a day. I have somewhat sensitive skin and that seemed to work when I was younger.
But most importantly, if you want to hold off wrinkles for as long as possible, I suggest you wear sunblock every single day, rain or shine. I think that would be key.

| Nivea Coq10 eye cream is very lightweight. It would probably be just fine for you. But I think using a good sunscreen would probably give you the moisture you need AND protect your skin. Many brands have been mentioned here. My favs: Coppertone Oil-free Spf 30 Faces and LaRochePosay's spf40 Dermo=Pediatrics SPRAY. Also, Shiseido spf55 cream would be moisturizing and protective. |

| i have some silkia camellia oil.. do you think that would be good? i used it for a month but didnt notice a difference.. although it says it takes 3-4 months to see a difference.. i hear that its supposed to regenerate the skin and the liens r pretty small. |
