| I have become entranced by Lush's website. Does anyone have any thoughts to share about Lush products, good or bad? Any recommendations or products to avoid? I'm thinking that some of their products would make fun little Christmas presents. |

I've tried a few samples they sent me of a few different shampoos, each one made my hair feel stripped Still I wouldnt mind trying the face cleansers. |

I like a lot of the LUSH body products line but tend to stay away from their skincare. I just took a bath though and used Aqua Mirabillis (sp?) followed by King of Skin. I can recommend both, particularly the KoS. The only problem with *all* the LUSH body products I have tried is that they are expensive and they get used up *very* quickly. The Aqua Mirabillis itself will barely last two uses. I also like Buffy the Backside Slayer - again, doesn't last long.
ps. Their solid shampoos are great for travel. |

I love Lush bath products and there's a few of their skin products I really like.
Angels on Bareskin - I'm really liking this at the moment I use it in the same way as Dr H cleansing cream and I'm having good results.
Ultrabland - cleanser that removes everything, feels a bit oily however it's not broken me out and does really cleanse. Good for using as a barrier cream when colouring hair.
Fresh Farmacy - solid cleansing bar really good for clearing a breakout, can be slightly drying so I wouldn't recommend if you've got dry skin.
Aqua Marina - cleansing roll, this leaves skin feeling nice and smooth but the bits of seaweed in it can be a bit of a pain to remove.
Cosmetic Warrior - fresh face mask, only keeps for about 2 weeks and needs to be kept in the fridge, doesn't smell very nice (garlic and tea tree) but does wonders for spotty skin.
Mask of Magnamity - cheap good face pack, I think it's similar to Queen Helene Mint Julep
Ocean Salt - too harsh to use on my face but good for elbows and knees before applying fake tan. |
