I just started the oil cleansing method (OCM) on my face two weeks ago and my pores have never been cleaner. The first week I literally got little granies from unclogged pores every night that I used it. Now it just seems to be maintaining my cleansed pores. So my question is...has any one tried OCM for the body? With winter coming up I wonder if it's sufficient to keep my skin clean and moisturized. Wouldn't use it for um...certain areas though. But I was thinking if I dry skin brush and then OCM it might help with back acne. Anyone want to be a guinea pig before me? |

I just put on a few drops of oil as a moisturizer after I shower. I'd be too lazy to the the whole body! |

I thinks the Oil Cleansing method would be good for the upper back, I have never tried it though.
I do love using oils for moisturising with after I have showered in the morning.
At the moment I'm using Neal's Yard Exotic Slin Oil, it smells out of this world and has a geranium scent to it
Weleda do some good skin oils, the Rose and Sea Buckthorn ones get good reviews. |
