Hi all,
I am a new member and I have just ordered some MD formulations products. I used them many years ago and remember that they were great for making my skin smoother and brighter.
But now I am in my thirties and I wonder if they are hidrating enough for my skin, that is combination, sensitive and very dehydrting.
What moisturizer would you recommend as super hidrating (but not heavy)?
I ordered MD Senstive Skin Cream, would that be enough to start with?
Thanks a lot,
Maya |

Dear Maya,
I have extremely dry/dehydrated skin and I find the "Dr. Renaud" line excellent and they have the absolutely best moisturizers for my skin type. I have used their "Clariderm" moisturizer for about two years now and I will certainly reorder this products. It does go on super rich, but I find that by the time I put on my foundation and sunscreen on top of the Clariderm it ends up giving me a nice glow throughout the day. A less haydrating but equally nice moisturizer is their "Tolerance." You may want to browse through and see their product line. I highly recommend them for anyone with dry/dehydrated/mature skin. |

Hi Leeleedeedee,
Thank you so much for your recommendation, I read lots of your reviews on the forum and I am amazed: you are a walking, talking, cosmetics Encyclopedia.
Next time I order moisturizers, I would like to try perhaps that "Dr Renaud", I don't think we have him here in the UK.
Also, I tried my mother in law"s Sothys moisturizer - can't remember the name of it, something like Silk Cream- and it felt so amazing on the skin, really pure silk, my skin just lapped it up. But it is hard to know just from one try.
This is my first time on the forum, and I can't believe the wealth of information here, and of course, the wonderful range of products in the "Spa".
Thank you again,
Maya |

Hello Maya,
Thank you for the complement, but I'm hardly a wealth of information on skin care. Wish I was, though.
Just want to let you know that you can always request samples from EDS. Also, many others on this forum have lots of info they can offer. Just post any question and someone will have the answer. This is a wonderful forum.
Hope you can find some great skin care products for yourself. |
