What has worked best for you to treat keratosis pilaris? I wanna start using stuff now so I won't have to worry about it in the spring.
Thanks! |

A well formulated BHA (beta hydroxy) gel or lotion will work to remove those bumps. You have to be consistent though. Twice a day until its gone. Paula's Choice makes a couple of well formulated BHAs. |

Exfoliate with Dove exfoliating body wash and an exfoliating mit or loofah. Dry well and moisturize with Eucarin Intensive lotion.
Works wonders. |

At least 2-3 weeks with the BHA. You can purchase a bottle for about $12-15.
I would start with whatever would be easiest first..probably the Dove. |

I started with the Dove because I couldn't get my hands on a BHA quickly enough (I'm impatient). I saw results in about a week. I've never been diagnosed, but I had little bumps on my shoulder and back which is a common sign. |
