What is the best remedy for this. I think for me it might be water retention. Are there any water pills that work, or creams, oils, serums ect. Thanks |

Well one of the often known trick that model's use for a quick fix is a hemorrhoid cream I know it sounds awful but I've used it several times myself when I have horrible sinuses and I wake up with swollen eyes. Of course it is not an optimal solution, just for more of an emergency basis.
The only thing I know for sure that caused mine was water retention since I used aloe over my eyes one night and it held in all the water and then some. I also read where you shouldn't drink a lot of water in the hours before you go to bed because you'll wake up puffy.
Sorry I really can't recommend an eye cream/gel that's all that great for reducing this, at least not one that's worked as well as good old preparation H! Good luck! |

From personal experience I can advise that Juvena Juvedical Eye Serum removed my puffy eyes within days and eye bags after 3 months. I also used the Juvedical eye cream but you could probably use another eye cream such as IS Clinical or Teamine so long as you only use a small amount on the very outer edges of eye area. These eye creams add moisture but aren't so heavy that they cause puffiness. |

I recd. a sample of the Thalgo eye contour gel/serum from EDS w/ my last order and it decongests and reduces puffiness according to the description. I added a touch last night with my IS Clinical eye complex and by itself this morning and it did reduce puffiness. |
