Please provide more information. Is the "pimple" really inside your mouth or just on your lips? If its inside your might it might be canker sore, if it's on or around your lips it might be a cold sore. There are different stuff you can get for those. |

Definitely sounds like some kind of mouth sore. Avoid spicy foods! That's about all the advice I know of, sorry. |

It might be a canker sore at very early stage, like before it actually breaks and starts hurting. There isn't much you can do about it except drink more water, less spicy food, less fried food (including photato chips, and chocolate). |

If it's a canker sore, which is what it sounds like, oil of clove can help numb it and alleviate pain. There is a brand--I don't know the name--that they usually sell in health food stores that is safe for oral use. I would ask someone who works there for a recommendation.
At the drugstore, Ambesol works decently too.
You can also try icing it.
And definitely avoid spicy or acidic foods. Also, are there any foods that irritate your mouth? For example, if I eat too many pecans I get canker sores or irritation. |

Is this sore of yours on the gums near any teeth? If so, it could be a fistula, which indicates an abscessed tooth. |

Pimple inside of mouth may be thrush.
One way to treat this condition is before bedtime, clean teeth and then rinse mouth 1:100 hydrogen peroxide with water. Cheers. |

Hi google5. Mouth ulcers can be small and pimple like. I have had a few in my life and have found that they go away very quickly with an ointment you can get from the chemist. It contains triamcinolone acetonide. It's very sticky and viscous and certainly feels a bit odd when you put it on but you get used to it.
It works like a charm and the ulcers I have had have improved markedly in one day and most disappear completely within 3 days. Without this they can hang around for ages and are quite unpleasant.
Cheers chrisso |

Just a warning here, if anyone has a sore in the mouth that does not heal within a week or so, have it checked out by a doctor or dentist. |
