O.k. I'm slightly miffed here & I was wondering if I had any recourse. In sept. I was browsing skinceuticals on EDS for the 1% skinceutcals retinol. I knew they were phasing it out. One day it popped up, naturally I nabbed it. It must have been the last one, the next day there weren't anymore on the website. I put it away till last week since I received the Pat Wexler stuff & wanted to give it a try before incorporating the retinol. I used the retinol this week and got about 3 - w uses out of it. The bottle was empty. I can't even open it see if anything is lingering inside. The thing is, I have no recourse (I think) since it was bought in sept. and no proof. I can't exactly say I bought it in Sept., now in December it's empty??? I don't think they would take my word for it that I put it away till now. Anyway, EDS dosen't even sell it anymore.Any thoughts? I mean it was $78 w/shipping-an amount I could use this time of year. |

Take it all back!! They replied immediately. I'm going to try to shake it & pump it to see if any product is in there. If not, I will be send it back. Excellent customer service. |
