I have allergic skin. Lanolin is a problem for sure. Bubbly cleansers (sodium laurel sulphate) is a problem. Some drugstore sunblocks break me out in cyst like spots. My skin does not tolerate the weather well (delicate), and it is fairly fair (pardon the pun). I have a few freckles here and there, and my skin is dry. I am 36. I used to smoke and tan when I was younger, but not for many years now. What I find is many creams seem to be plumping my skin up and making my wrinkles look worse? What do you suggest for this problem? Can you suggest a foundation also that might be good?

I would recmend using a herbal soap instead of using other things like pills and creams. because a soap you can
use regauly without having a sense that you are using medicines.:P

Fio,

I don't have sensitive skin so I'm not sure if this is suitable for you but vitamin C serums are supposed to help reverse and prevent sun damage. I'm currently using the Vivier brand in a 20% concentration and I really like it. You would have to contact the spa directly for a recommendation for your particular skin type.

Sometimes reducing the inflammation on the skin can help. I use .1% Cortisone, over the counter products, like CORTAID, or LANICORT. I've found this to be very effective when my skin gets irritated or starts to breakout or after being in the sun too long.
