Since I'm doing all this research, I thought it would be good to share good brands that make organic skincare:
Dr Hauschka
Jurlique
Lavere
Eminence Organics
Sea-Chi
Shankara
Druide
Simply Organics
John Master Organics
Neal's yard
Aqua Dessa
Real Purity
Primavera
Weleda
Miessence
Anyone got brands to add? What are your favorite organic products? |

I'd like to add Aubrey Organics to the list. I'd also like to mention that although all of those brands you listed advertise themselves as organic, many are not 100% organic, or even 100% natural! If these points are important to you I suggest that you read the labels very carefully. |

I think that miessence is the only true organic line of them all as it has the USDA certification. which no other product line has. |

I like Avalon and Alba. Also Zia, but are they certified organic? |

I'd like to add Green People & The Organic Pharmacy.
I agree that not all brands are 100% organic |

Here's some info about some of the brands:
Eminence: all ingredients are grown in organic conditions in Hungary. (Love their masks...purest I've found that are amazingly effective)
Sea-Chi: Organic ingredients, created with intention, endorsed by PETA. (Heard Raves about their Creme)
Shankara: High-end salon natural ayurvedic skin-care that has been meditated upon. (Love the Microchrystal exfoliation)
Aqua Dessa- "Pure enough to eat" ingredients (check individual products- like hot fudge anti-oxidant mask...yum)
Druide: has a list of which of their products are certified organic
John Master Organics & Simply Organics: together with Druide they have the best (so far) natural hair-care I've found. (Terressentials have the purest hair-wash, but I do NOT recommend it for anyone with even slightest damaged hair- I wasn't even able to put a hairbrush through my hair after using it, but it's nice as a detox once in a while)
Jurlique & Dr. Hauschka: check individual products, both grow their own organic ingredients.
Lavere: uses Eco-cert ingredients whenever possible (not always)
Primavera: Mostly pure & organic.
Real Purity: has pure ingredients, their deoderant is awsome, the most effective natural deoderant II've found.
Yes, some of these are not 100% organic, but I've tried almost all Miessence products, and they do nothing for me. In these brands and the others that members have listed, I think you can find everything for every need and better then any commercial product containing toxins. These brands do their best to keep things pure and natural and most use certified organic ingredients...some are even energized with a positive intent! These brands are the purest out there.

Then there is Barefoot Botanicals and Nature Purity. Has anyone tried any other products from Real Purity? |
