All of a sudden im starting to have break outs on my back. I dont know what it is caused by, perhaps stress ? But anyways it is really gross, what would be good to use on it? At the moment i am using a tea tree body cleanser, but it doesnt seem to do the trick

I'd second that, very good body wash.

If you're having bad break outs MDF do a body clearing spray which I'd also highly recommend. Wink

If the outbreaks have started suddenly then it is probably hormonal.

Why don't you exfoiliate with Cetaphil and baking soda?

Becareful that your hair conditioner does not sit on your back when bathing.

it could be due to conditioner, but conditioner hasnt irritated my back before. I guess its something hormonal.

Do you like hot showers? Try turning down the water temp. It could be a weather change too.

It has gotten very cold out here and I DO love a hot shower. With my skin drying out from the weather and my hotter than usual showers, I noticed the dreaded bacne too. Try washing/conditioning first, then the body wash with salisyic (?) acid and a cooler shower. Hope it helps!

I love hot showers too. I want to stop but I can't resist! I'm always cold, especially in this weather, so I have to crank up the temp in the shower. Laughing
