Most of the products that I use (a lot of MD Formulations products, BE, etc) have been reviewed quite heavily, but I haven't seen any for this spray recently.
I have fairly normal skin that gets a little dry in winter, and a smidgen of oiliness in summer. I work in a multi-storey air con office, which as I'm sure you will understand, does wonders for my skin, not. 
I bought the full size which came with a smaller bottle, and a pretty silver funnel. I keep the smaller bottle on my desk at work, and use it several times a day to refresh my skin.
I found that it was very useful in keeping my skin hydrated, much more so than the plain water sprays that my friends are using, but it doesn't aggravate the oilies, and doesn't upset my makeup. The spray leaves a slight shimmer on your skin, which looks quite nice. It is also quite refreshing.
I paid $90 AU for this product (250ml plus the small size, a cosmetic bag, and the silver funnel) but I see that it is much cheaper here on EDS. I have been using this for quite a while, and have not made a dent in it at all. It seems to last for ages.
I do recommend this product for anyone who works in air conditioning!
