I am looking for a good eye cream that can be worn under makeup. I don't want to to be super thick or sticky. I would like to minimize dark circles and wrinkles and depuff under eye "bags."
I would also like for to be around $25.00 or less if possible.
Thanks! |

It's tough to find an eye cream that de-puffs, fights dark circles and diminishes wrinkles all at once. However, you might want to try RoC Retinol Correxion eye cream which is available at Rite-Aid and other drugstores. I think it's about $20 USD per tube and in my opinion the best drugstore eye treatment you can buy.
Also Nivea Q10 Plus Wrinkle Control gets good raves as a good basic eye cream and it has an SPF. I think it's under $15 USD.

Dr H Revitalizing day cream is very light and minty, so I bet it will help with the puffiness. It seemed a little too light for me though, so I discontinued using it. |

No eye cream or gel will do that. I just use my spf around the eye area and my regular moisturizer at night. Just use concealer around the eye area if you want to hide them during the day. |

Have you considered Burt's bees Royal jelly eye creme? I've seen that recommended a lot for what you are asking about and it is very reasonably priced, especially compared to how pricey creams can get... |

"Super" Vitmain K works on the dark circles quite well but it does take a few weeks. |

Under $20? That's pretty tough. The only ones that come to mind is Roc's Correction eye cream-it is a real find for the amount of $$ you pay, a bargain IMO. |

I have been trying Almay's Kinetin Rejuvinating Eye Treatment and have not been that all impressed. But I am only into about 2.5-3 weeks of use so maybe I am speaking too soon. My dark circles really don't seem to be lightening up. And it doesn't seem to moisturize as well as I would like. Even though I have oily skin, I still need a lot of moisture around my eye area.
Has anyone else tried this specific eye cream product?
What I am looking for: a treatment to lighten dark circles, minimize fine lines, and moiturize (as well as prevent fine lines and wrinkles). |

Also what i did was go get a free sample of Creme de la mer and only used it around the eyes, it worked wonderfully. And that lttle 3.5 ml sample lasted a while since im only putting it around the eyes |

I'm using a green tea eye gel called "Sudden Change". I found it quite comfortable to put around your eyes. It doesn't help with dark circles or wrinkles. But I think it's a good gel to moisturize those fine lines and to prevent any new ones. If your eyes are fine now, then it's good to use it as a preventive measure. It's cheap too, around $12 CAD for 0.75 oz. |

I haven't tried this myself yet, but I've heard from many people that mark(www.meetmark.com or something like that--the line that branched off from Avon) makes a good eye cream called "Eye Be Good eye cream" for only $6 or so. |

I'm currently using the Kiehls light eyecream and it's great! Very light but only moisturizes the eye area. I would recommend Bliss all around eyecream though ( my friend is using it now and its wonderful....a little minty which helps depuff the bags under the eyes! ) |

i like kiehl's avocado eye cream if your eyes are dry. it is good for PM use, especially if the skin around your eyes are dry, but for day-wear if you also use eye makeup, be careful b/c it is probably too greasy. |

i love kiehl avocado eye cream.
as for under make up, i've found that if i give it about 5 minutes, it's fine, but you have to be quite careful not to get it on your eyelashes if you're going to use mascara, that or put the mascara on before patting on the cream. |

I think it's hard to find an eye cream that does all of those things BUT...
If you want something with an SPF, there's dermalogica total eye care. I use that in the mornings, and it replaces a concealor IMO.
Also, I like the Retin-Ox line: it's soft to apply, not greasy and good for under make-up. If you want to diminish fine lines and wrinkles though, you'll need to wait a little with this product to see the difference. The manufacturers say that it takes around 8 weeks before you can see the difference.
Regarding depuffing puffy eyes, I used to use Vichy Thermal Eyes. It's really nice and cool and worked well for depuffing and hydrating my eyes. But other than that, it didn't do much.

This isn't a cream but works well for me. Try Rosehip Seed Oil. I use this from time to time. It helps with moisturizing and I have read that it also helps with fine lines.
