I know this is an often discussed topic, but it seems despite what I use I still have clogged pores on my nose. I've tried Dr. H cleansing cream and despite using it for several months the only differnce I saw was breakouts.
Right not I'm using IS clinical pro-heal in morning and active serum at night followed by the ylang ylang oil.
The RE9 Arbonne mask seems to help pull the gunk out, but it just seems despite everything they still clog up again.
Any suggestions? I'm 32 and have normal to slightly oily skin with occasional break outs. |

Apple Cider Vinegar toner, asprin mask are 2 that I can think of. |

Than you should be using a well formulated BHA to clean your pores out. Estee Lauder's Idealist comes to mind or Paula's Choice 2% BHA is also very good and a lot less money! |

Try Mario Badescu's Silver Powder. This works great for congestion. I use this then gently press the skin and out comes the gunk.
It's fairly in expensive ($12.00) and a jar should last a long time. Good luck!

I like to use baking soda and water mixed into a paste which I pat into my skin before I mask (I pat in instead of scrubbing or using circular motions). I find that this is gentle but effective. I like to follow with Decleors peel mask on my nose and the clay and herbs everywhere else. I put YY oil afterwards.
I haven't found a BHA I can use for the problem-my skin always ends up irritated. So, I just mask my T-zone frequently. |

I've found Kose Whitening Mask works great to clear my pores and remove dead flaky skin cells. It will hurt when you remove the mask but the stuff you see stuck to the black mask is amazing! |
