I ordered the hydroderm free trial. Hydroderm offers a 30 day free trial, if you are not happy you may send it back. Well when you send it back they take those used bottles and what ever is left over they fill up other bottle and ship them out. I realized this when the seal was not a factory seal on my purchase. I could tell it had been reused because there was a small hair in the bottle and the serum was a brownish color. It was sealed with there shrink wrap seal. Very unsanitary and I would strongly advise against HYDRODERM unless you don't mind using stangers left over skin care products. When I went to return the package, they claimed they never recieved it. They are very nice on the phone and helpfull but when you want to return the item they are horrible nasty customer service reps. Hydroderm is not worth it! Their are too many other products out there. |

That is completely gross...I can't believe any company would do that...Definately never buy anything from them |

As I mentioned at other post about JB, their customer service told me on the phone "..... It's ok, we can always refill the bottle." This made me decide not to use their products any more. I wonder what other companys do the same thing. I need to review the DIY posts on the forum again and try to make my own skin care. |

I just finished reading all the comments about Hydroderm. I too was totally turned off by their free trial offer where they ship you a supply every 30 days forever and precharge your credit card. Anyway, I am looking for a good wrinkle relaxer, something that would enhance or extend my botox injections. Now that I have read all the opinions about Hydroderm, they are out of the equation. Can anyone give me any feedback on the TMR by Vivier? Is it any good? I have tried and really like some of their Vitamin C products. |

It's really too bad that this happened to you but thank goodness you noticed so that you could share this information with others. I can't even believe that cosmetic companies would even think about doing this! Ick! |
