Hello there, after a friends bodyshop party last night I've ordered the warming mineral mask and Vitamin E exfoliator - how many times a week should I use these? Obviously not on the same days?

The mineral warming mask, I would say once a week, I have tried this and really liked it, I love warming masks 
The Vitamin E scrub, every couple of days or once a week. |

Thanks girls, as I thought don't want to over do it and be too harsh on my skin, maybe the mineral mask on a Sunday and the exfoliator on a Wednesday!
