Usage

Apply to the upper lashline using the tip of the pen for ultimate precision.

Tips:
Use clear tape to create a guideline for the perfect cat eye. Place a 1 piece of tape or a credit card on the outer corner of your eye angling it towards the tip of your eyebrow. Simply trace the liquid liner felt tip right above the tape line into your lashline for the perfect winged cat eye.

Use the tip of the pen to dot liner between lashes to give your lashes a more volumized look.

Use the tip of the pen for a thin line or the side of the pen for a thick line.

Burnout Sunscreen Review (physical sunscreen) -RAVE
Seems mainly one person on this forum keeps bringing this non issue up.(not you summer2004) Unless your a hairless mouse or using it with copper, I would not have any concerns. Besides, those studies are referring to Aloe Vera alone. Not in a well formulated product like Burnout with many other ingredients that are anti-UV such as Zinc.
