The Obagi Skin Balancing Toner is applied after cleaning the skin. This restores the skin's natural pH, enhances the action of the cleansers, and prepares the skin for the Correct and Stimulate Steps. Unlike most toners, the Obagi Toner formulation does not dry the skin excessively. This formulation is designed to tighten the skin and pores.

Usage

The Obagi Skin Balancing Toner should be applied after the skin is cleansed to the entire face avoiding the upper and lower lids of the eyes. Do not rinse off.

Burnout Sunscreen Review (physical sunscreen) -RAVE
Seems mainly one person on this forum keeps bringing this non issue up.(not you summer2004) Unless your a hairless mouse or using it with copper, I would not have any concerns. Besides, those studies are referring to Aloe Vera alone. Not in a well formulated product like Burnout with many other ingredients that are anti-UV such as Zinc.
