Hi, I purchased the clarisonic face brush a few weeks ago and upon using it I wasn't really impressed and was tempted to return it to your company. However, after two weeks of using it, I must say I really see a difference in my skin. Thanks so much for your fantastic customer service. My parcel arrived at my home in 3 days!!!!. And the extra goodies were an awesome bonus. Also, when I inquired about the brush before purchasing it, the sales associate mentioned that there had been no returns to essentialdayspa.com on the clarisonic ever. So I should have clued in that this product does indeed work. Thanks again!!!!

I have to rave AGAIN how amazing EDS is. I ordered my Clarisonic Thursday night - super anxious about getting it. It was packed and shipped Friday afternoon and I am holding it RIGHT NOW MONDAY!!! I've never had an EDS package arrive THIS quickly!

I just received my latest order in 6 days. That's Canada to Australia in less than a week. On the same day I placed my EDS order I also ordered a book from interstate here in Oz and it still hasn't turned up.
