queenielau - Sorry to hear that it doesn't seem to be working out for you. Just wanted to check that you left it long enough to absorb - the instructions say at least 2 mins? Mine had completely absorbed by that time. Or are you using it over another product which is preventing proper absorption?
It may be that the product isn't right for your skin, but I thought it was worth checking to see whether a little adjustment might help it to work for you.
Annie - I'm still loving this. I've experienced one problem with it so far and that was some balling up when I wore make-up over the top during the daytime this weekend. It still gave a fantastic firming effect, but I've resorted to only using a light touch of it underneath my eyes on a make-up day. Mind you, this could be due to it not working well with another skincare product that I use during the daytime.
However, I have no problems at all when I put it on over bare skin at night. It really seems to smooth out the appearance of my skin! |

| That's good to know. I did not have the balling up when I let it soak in and then did my liquid makeup on top. Now I did with the mineral MU and a brush. A little goes a long way doesn't it? |

Yes, it certainly does.
I think I'll keep experimenting to see if I can find a way for it to work in conjunction with my make-up as I really do love the effect it gives. |

It has a nice spackle effect and works better at smoothing than primer!
I have gotten into the routine of this serum followed by their B5HA every morning and night. Suprising, since nothing has taken the place of my Proheal and HydraCool for years! I will not purchase the HydraCool again (even though I do love it) after using this product as it really does hydrate better without having to use another lotion on top to hydrate more as I did with the HydraCool. Overkill and more expense! This may not have the tingle but it has the result and that's what matters to me. |

I ordered this on 24/2 and it arrived three days ago - that's very quick to Oz, so great service.
I certainly don't have any problems with the serum not penetrating - it seems to sink right in and disappear. |

| No I have not. The texture is runny and clear on this one. |

Annie can you tell me what else you use? Actually if you don't mind telling me your whole routine, that would be great! I've been using copper peptides for 4 months (working my way up in strength) and I just don't notice a lot of difference, however ever since I started using another product last May and then CP's I can't seem to find a moisturizer that is heavy enough for my combo skin to moisturize but not clog my pores Even though you are a few years younger you have similar skin so I was wondering what you were doing specifically. Thanks!

CP's and I normally don't mix, but I do like this serum alot.
I am a huge fan of the IS Clinical line, which is now the Phyto C. I love the Super Serum, Proheal (daytime) and Active Serums (night use).
I used to follow with the HydraCool but now just use the Babyface B5 HA. in the morning and evening after the serums.
I also use the Ahava Smoothing Moisturizer for Normal to Dry Skin sometimes after if I need extra hydration and occasionally Russell Organics SeaBuckThorn Oil (only at night) if my skin is in distress. I love that stuff! I also have a stockpile of Decleor oils that I use but they tend to run on the heavier side for me, so I very seldom use them.
Having tried the gamut from Olay to LaMer and just about every brand in between, I don't get excited about products very often. They have to be a good value for the money and not irritate my skin. |

Thank you Annie,
Very helpful info. I was hoping the CP's would do well for me,but I just don't think they are for me. At least I didn't have adverse reactions like others. I'm going to try the Baby face products for sure. |

Keliu, do you still like this product? Do you see any differences between it and the NCN version? I love NCN's version but there is a big price difference.
Someone asked if NCN had good products. I would have say an emphatic, "yes." Everything I have bought from NCN has worked very well but I wouldn't hesitate to switch if I could get the same results for less. |
