Hi!
I photoshopped my picture to show what would be my goal if there is no question of what is realistic and what is not. I lifted, tightened, slimmed and smoothened my lower face and that's pretty much it... The goal.

I just came from a long trip abroad and haven't taken good enough care of myself and been on an emotional rollercoaster, so my face taken some gravity... Can be seen when comparing with older pics. And this photoshopping I did, I think I have looked quite like that at some point.
I have been doing Carolyns Facial Fitness for 1,5 years or something, last half year only on and off when travelling. I have liked the results and enjoyed the exercises. Now I'm starting again with the routine more consistently (and other healthy things). Just a light routine it is, I don't think my face needs much and I'm only 28.
Just wanted to ask you guys if you think it's possible to turn back the time a bit like this, and if maybe you have tips and recommendations. And also wanted to say hi and connect a bit, I have read this forum quite often in the past and found lots of info and wisdom:) |
