Hi there skin care DIYers!
The fact is, with synthetic chemicals pervasive throughout society men, women, young and old may suffer from hormone imbalances in addition to the imbalances that occur during life transitions.
Bottom line: it is crucial that hormones are balanced for health (beautiful skin) and there are good DIY options available to do so.
