Hi All,
Kassy has suggested to use Cerave lotion as base for DIY. I can't find Cerave I my country. But I do find cetaphil lotion.
Can I use cetaphil as base for Diy?
Please let me know your thoughts.

Cetaphil lotion (not the cleanser) will be fine as well.
What are you incorporating into it?

What are you making (diy)?
If its a cleanser, then cetaphil is a cleanser and so that will mix well with some things (but not all). I have had trouble with some powders and cetaphil so it doesn't readily mix with everything, but my skin is quite dry and I'm in my 70's so it works well for me.
If you were instead looking to diy a moisturiser or serum then I'm not convinced cetaphil will work very well and would suggest looking for a basic moisturiser lotion without anything. You can get quite a few nowadays. Cerave is a nice basic one that you can add lots too, and is a nice creamy consistency that takes a lot of things quite nicely (although be warned if you are mixing powders in you will have to stir it for a long time to allow the powder to dissolve.
