I used to post on here many, many years ago but I have forgotten my username and my email!
It is so hard to find valuable advice online but then I remembered this place 
How often do you guys use acid toners? I have been using them daily both am & pm. Then once a week a stronger % in the evening.
Is this too much?? |

Interesting question.
Yes, you can do am/ pm.
HOWEVER, your skin develop tolerance to acids in the same concentration and pH pretty quickly, in a matter of weeks.
So vary your type of acids.
I would use it pm only for maintenance. A lot depends on your skin's current condition and what you are trying to achieve. |

Gentler Acids can be used twice a day if desire
EG Azelaic Acid which works at pH 4.9
Or low conc Glycolic (upto 8%)
All depends on the condition of your skin and what you are wanting to achieve. |
