| Good Morning, everyone; my friends tell me that healing touch therapeutic massage is beneficial for many issues as it treats them. Is it true, and if it is, let me know the issues healing touch therapeutic massage treats. |

| Personally, I don't believe in therapeutic massage. The only way it can be useful is to relax the body. If you have any problems like scoliosis or something like that, then massage will not help here, you need to do physical exercises so that the back muscles become stronger. If you do a massage after a long day at work, a little cardio (running on a treadmill, cycling, or even playing ping pong with joola ) and strength exercises, you will notice that you begin to feel much better. |
