These are expensive products, any advice is appreciated.

If you use AWF Factor III for a few months, you should see improvement. Further improvement will be achieved with either the L Elixir Cream or Serum. I have found that the Serum does give an added lifting effect.

I was using Valmont Eye&Mouth Contour around my eyes for a few months and did not see any improvement.. just no effect on my fine lines at all. I would choose the Elixir.

The serum is truly a masterpiece in terms of how it feels , but as for the results (wrinkes and firmness) they are not so impressive as I would have expected from a serum with such a huge price tag. I don not believe it's worth 650CAD

RussianSunshine, how long have you been using it? may be the results are supposed to be seen with time? however I wonder who is able to spend 650 CAD every 2-3 month for a single product? Confused

would you please have a look if it contains retinol or vit.A derivative in any other form?

Aiva,

I've been using it for almost 3 weeks and I think it will last me for one more month or so.
It is really an amazing product if you forget about the price tag. But if not, then you can easily convince urself that there are similar products on the market that cost much less but deliver the same results.

I've checked the ingredients and I do not see any retinol or vit A mentioned in the list.

I can list a few : Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, c14-22alcohols,cyclemethicone,glycerin,c12-20 alkyl glucoside, pvp,sodium dna, prunus amygdalus dulcis(sweet almond) seed extract,magnesium dna,calcium dna,urea,sodium chondrotin sulfate,hydrolized rna,hippophae rhamnoides fruit extract,sodium lactate,silica dimethyl silylate,echinacea purpurea root extract,sodium hyaluronate, atelocollagen,sorbic acid,biosaccharide gum-1,rosa moschata seed oil,palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, tocopherol,ascorbyl palmitate,ascorbic acid,pentarythrityl tetraisostearate.....

Oi.... this is just half of it... Embarassed

I'm wondering how you incorporated this serum into your daily routine? Did you still use any other products with it? Did you apply the serum first (before any other serums, like DNA Repair) or after the other serums?

And how about a moisturizer, did you still use one after the serum?

Thank you for your help. Smile

Racheli, I have not used too many other "top end serums" if you are referring to the most expensive ones. I can only compare this product to the L Elixir Cream which I have used and I find Precious Serum to be more firming than the cream. I used it continuously for 2 months and it did not remove the creases at the sides of my eyes but it did smooth my skin by the end of the 8 weeks and my skin was considerably firmer.
I normally use Remergent products and other Valmont products such as DNA Repair and Radiance. I am currently just using Remergent products but if Precious serum was not so expensive, I would just use it all the time as I think it is the best product I have ever used and my skin loved it.

The only other product I used was a sunscreen in the am. My skin did not need any other products.

Since late December, I have been using the Lifeline Skin Care and doubt if I will ever change from this so long as I can continue to get supplies. About 2 weeks ago I also added the Elixia serum as I had several bottles sitting in the drawer and this combination is very impressive. It may be because the Elixia has a rapid and deep delivery system, but I find that the Lifeline over the top absorbs much quicker now.

So I got samples of the serum, eye and face cream. I was beside myself with anticipation.

It is now day 4 and I'm still, well, not convinced. I adored everything I tried in the Prime line and I was sure I would be blown away by the Elixir line. But... I don't know, in terms of scent it has strong Nivea overtones with that horrible fishy DMAE-style scent as undertone... It didnt really give me a feeling of luxury while applying like the Prime does.

I can't decided if I like the outcome either. I love that it's matt - I really struggle with looking greasy after applying moisturiser, and this was the first time I looked totally natural afterwards. However, I think my skin looks drier after a couple of hours, so I'm not sure it's moisturising enough for me.

It really hasn't given me any of the WOW that the face mask did. I still have a couple of days left, so I'll use it all up, but I really don't enjoy the Nivea-style smell.

Updating to say I've changed my mind, this stuff is *wow*.

My husband said this morning 'your skin looks like satin'... and like most men, he doesn't usually pay attention to these things.
