I'm a drugstore junkie!

-Shikai Purifying Cleanser for Delicate and Sensitive Skin - 9 dollars.

-Kiss My Face Peaches & Creme Moisturizer with Alpha Hydroxy Acids - 9 dollars .

-Kiss My Face Olive & Aloe Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin - 9 dollars . I only use this on my body though, it breaks my face out.

-Burt's Bees Doctor Burt's Herbal Blemish Stick - 7 dollars . I absolutely hate the smell. But it works amazing. It works amazing for hormonal acne! Usually one that would take 3-4 days to go down, goes down in just 1-2 if I use this. Again, lasts for a LONG time. I've had it for 4 months, and it's not even half gone yet!

-Burt's Bees Healthy Treatment Pore Refining Mask - 7 dollars .

-Alba Botanica Clarifying Scrub - 11 dollars .

-Almay Eye Make Up Remover Gel, Moisturizing - 5 dollars . The only thing I'll trust around my eyes.

-Freeman Bare Foot Creamy Pumice Foot Scrub - 4 dollars . Smells sooo good!

-Bonne Bell lip glosses - 4 dollars .

-Ardell Brow & Lash Accelerator Treatment Gel - 3 dollars .

-Sunsilk Shampoos - 3 dollars . I absolutely love these! I use the anti flat, and it works AMAZING for 3 dollars.

-RoC Age Diminishing Daily Moisturizer SPF 15 - 13 dollars . I only use it on my neck/hands, though.. breaks my face out.

-Coty Airspun Face Powder, Translucent Extra Coverage - 7 dollars . Love this stuff.

And last but not least, Burt Bee's Lip Shimmers. I'm constantly buying/trying new stuff from drugstores (who can pass up a good deal??), so my list just grows and grows!

My newest find is the Sally Hansen Lip Plumper in a tube, don't know the exact name. They also have the Lip Fusion look alike, but I haven't tried that yet. Just saw it today at Walgreens and you get 2 tubes in the package for only like 5.50, so I am going back to get it.

I haven't tried the Ardell Lash Accelerator everyone likes, but just found it on Drugstore*com and it is 40% off!!!!! So I am going to order it.

Dove Firming Skin Lotion, I haven't found anything else i like as well.

I have this but it doesn't seem to do anything. I put it on a dry/slightly damp face and then wait 5 mins before washing it off.
Should I be doing something else?

I, honestly was expecting way more from this. It doesn't seem to do much for me Crying or Very sad . But maybe Im expecting too much. I've found that using:

1) Suave Professionals Humercant Shampoo ($1.75)
and
2) Herbal essences (old bottles) volume conditioner for fine hair ($3.00)

Works wonders! Makes my hair silky, fuller, thicker and more volumous. And while the conditioner is for fine hair, it is definetely something I don't have, so don't be restricted just because you think your hair isn't 'fine'. Wink

Has anyone tried the new herbal essences collections? Any thoughts? There seem to be such categories now, that I feel like I want more choices, more smells, lol. I think I'm feeling very restricted Rolling Eyes Laughing

I love drugstore stuff. Smile

One of my favourite lines is Nivea, especially their hair and body care.

My favourite lotion is the Nivea smooth sensation.
And I like their shampoos and conditioners very much. They are all free of cones.
Nivea has wonderful shower gels too. And a really good liquid eye make up remover.

I'm a huge fan of Tom's of Maine deo sticks.

Other stuff I like:

Cetaphil cleansing lotion and moisturizing lotion;
Suave coconut conditioner - unfortunately Suave isn't available in germany;
Covergirl mascaras, especially the lash exact;
Neutrogena and Almay lip glosses;
Olay quench stuff;
Palmers cocoa body lotion;
Dr. Pepper lipsmacker;
Burt's Bees honey lip balm: I like this better than the original formula.

Garnier Fructis Totall Twisted gel:absolutely love it, leaves my curs/waves soft and nice without it being crunchy

Garnier Fructis Curl and Shine Leave in: it helps control my frizzy unruly hair

Sally Hansen Lip Inflation: Plumps my lips and keeps them moisturized for a long time and nice shine too!

Vaseline Intensive Care Healthy Hand & Nails: I like the fact that it's a hand and nail care lotion all in one. Also like how it leaves my hands soft.

NYC Translucent Loose face powder! It's ridiculously cheap and has a fine texture that is comparable to much more expensive brands. Keeps my skin nice and matte too.

"Juice Organics" Products - not Juice Beauty but the same company, I think - about half the price at CVS. Wish they would come out with a version of the JB Blemish Serum!

The "new" Herbal Essences shampoos & conditioners - love the new fragrances!

I saw the fake juice beauty at CVS too!! Is it just a knockoff I wonder? I'm going to do a little research.

Here's my list in no particular order/favorite:

1...CG Super Thick lash
2...MF 2000 Calorie Mascara
3...Prestige liquid liner
4...Almay concealer (Healthy complexion, I think?!)
5...Quo brushes are great!
6...Oil of Olay Day SPF 15 moisturizer - Sensitive Skin
7...Oil of Olay anti-aging Night cream

Thats all I can think of for now...

Seems like SH Lip Inflation lip gloss is on a lot of lists! I have to try this one out!

I've used the Cetaphil cleanser in the past, but it seems to basic and requires another cleanser or make up remover to get everything off!

So much overlap, but also a few things I haven't seen others post that really make my vain heart go pitty-pat (all prices USD unless noted):

From the U.S.:
Makeup:
• Ardell Brow & Lash Accelerator Treatment Gel ($4). Thanks to everyone on EDS for recommending this product. It's just outstanding!
• Neutrogena Clean Lash Tint ($8). Nice for when I just want some color and definition in one swipe. (Will probably drop when I get my first 1000 Hour Lash Kit. :lol:)
• Neutrogena Weightless Volume Wax Free Mascara ($7). My fave. Separates nicely without clumping or stiffness. (Not really for lengthening or adding volume, fyi.)
• Neutrogena Mineral Sheers Mineral Powder Foundation ($11). A new find. So far, so good. Nice feel, no scent (!) and decent SPF for a good price.

Skin care:
• Alpha Hydrox AHA Souffle 12% Glycolic ($13). Very effective on fine lines at a decent price.
• Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Bar ($4). Summertime cleanser.
• Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser ($8). Wintertime cleanser, or after wearing facial sunscreen.
• Rimmel Gentle Eye Makeup Remover ($6). Switched to this after 15-years loyalty to Origins. It works just as well, too.

Body:
• Burt's Bees Apricot Baby Oil ($6). It doesn't hurt that apricot oil by itself is already light and quickly absorbed, but the smell of this stuff is addicting!
• Crystal Body Deodorant ($6). Lasts *forever*, doesn't leave white streaks and is absolutely scent-free. It's a rock that you wet and swipe on the skin. I can sometimes skip a day between applications. (Not an antiperspirant, fyi.)
• King of Shaves Shaving Oil for Sensitive Skin ($6). I will never go back to using anything else. I get a close shave with no nicking and end up with baby butt-soft skin.
• Magic Shave (Regular) Cream Save Razorless Beard Remover ($5). No, I'm not nuts. But this stuff is *the bomb* for bikini-area hair removal. It's marketed "exclusively for black men" so check for it in the men's shaving aisle or in the ethic hair care section. The smell is less obnoxious than most everything I've tried that's aimed at women, and -- if you follow the directions exactly -- leaves your skin soft as buttah and bump-free. (It's also a little hard to find, so I'll post a link to a pic later, when I've got a enough posts.)
• Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock ($10). The only thing I can tolerate on my face, chest and hands.
• Weleda Arnica Massage Oil ($13). Arnica is good for muscle aches, bruises, contusions etc., which is nice after a tough ballet workout. But I've been experimenting with it in conjunction with Vit. K products to help reduce spider/vericose veins. Will report back. It has a nice, naturally herbacious scent.

Other:
• Neutrogena Instant Nail Enhancer ($6.49). Buffed sheen in a handy stick-type applicator. Dries instantly, gives nails a nice finished look.
• Rembrandt Plus Premium WhiteningToothpaste with Peroxide ($7). This actually works! Probably because it actually contains hydrogen peroxide.
• Shout Wipes, Portable Stain Treater Towelettes ($3). Not *technically* a cosmetic, but when you accidently get makeup (or mustard or red wine or whathaveyou) on your clothes during the day, this little guy is a godsend to the ol' makeup bag.

From Europe:
Makeup:
• Labello Hydra Care lip balm (CAD$2 / €1.75). I love the whole line of Labello Lipcare, but this type in particular is the one I scoop up by the dozen when I travel out of the US. Clears up parched, chapped lips within a few days and keeps them soft afterward.

Great thread, and I'm looking forward to trying some of the DIY recipes and other drug store suggestions.

Also, if anyone outside the U.S. is looking for any of these products, I'll willing to ship at cost.
