| I've never gotten the chance to do a full course--I've just used the handful of ampules that I've gotten as samples. I thought I noticed a difference even after only a few days of use, so I've decided to go ahead and purchase. In the short term that I used it before, I felt as though my skin was fresher and less oily when I awoke in the morning. I'm hoping that holds true for a longer course. |

My skin became dry and sensitive after I relocated to the northeast. I tried 10amps once and really felt that it worked on me. My face skin seemed to be more moisturized, healthy and, at least, better than before.  |

| do you reckon i can do with half a bottle a day?? cover the half-fulled bottle and shuff it into the fridge for the next night?? |

| I'm using the RNC regular plus the RNC "H" rec for hormonal (read: menopausal) skin. I always jump in head first! The "H" amps you don't apply to your face like the regular amps. You put the liquid on the inner surfaces of your ELBOWS. I guess the solution gets absorbed into your antecubital veins/lymph/whatever and circulated, but I haven't read any theory on this, has anyone? It does seem to be doing something for me. My skin doesn't even feel dry/tight without all the serums, creams, etc, etc. Just fresh and smooth. Who'd a thunk it? This is really different! |

Shanno, yeah I'm fascinated by herbal remedies. An interesting thing I read about aromatherapy, a similar thread, is that the scent molecules actually enter the vomers (the olfactory openings in our noses) and act right away upon our brains. The Moor-Lavender Body Oil by Dr is nice at bedtime - it soothes the savage beast (DH) and I like it too!
Everything old is new again sometimes. This stuff is all that our ancestors had in Germany, apparently. And preceding them by a few thousand years, the Egyptians and the Romans used whatever they had around the garden!
I was getting overwhelmed by all the complicated combinations of products from dif lines that I was using so I found this to be simple, effective and soothing. How are you liking it??
