There are a few good ones available: Dermalogica's Skin Hydration Booster, Cellex-C & Skinceuticals both have Hydra B-5 Gels, and for very dehydrated skin, used Cellex-C's Advanced Skin Hydration Complex.
You've used the term "thin" along with your description of "dehydrated". If this thinning stems from the use of vitamin-C serums, please note that you're only to use vit. C serum(s) once per day. Otherwise, your skin will become thin & dehydrated. |

I would recommend Jurlique Herbal Recovery Gel. It is fast absorbing, light weight, and super hydrates. |

Have to politely disagree about C serums. They do not thin the skin. In fact, they promote collagen synthesis so thicken the skin.
Perhaps you are thinking of overuse of Glycolic (AHA) serums which can lead to thin skin. (Too many peels, too frequently so skin doesn't have time to make new cells.) |
