Mabsey, I'm going by the fact that not only do I have to always wear a bra now, but the ones I have are getting too small in the cup area and not only before a period, so it's not middleaged spread either! I can truely say that I am delighted! Negligable period pains and boobs that no longer look like two marbles in a pair of socks. I'm happy, guapaboy's happy, what more could I ask? |

Hey ladies,
Is EPO really that good for period pain and the "bonus"? I'm currently taking the Dong Quai Complex to ease my pain, it does help ... well without any bonus though. :P

Has anyone tried to find out what happens if you stop taking EPO? i.e. does your boobs stay the same? |

In my internet searches, I haven't found anything about EPO and an increase in boob size, so I wonder if this is a little hidden secret
My EPO is coming soon in the mail, and I guess I'll find out.
I wonder what happend when men take 2000 or more mg. of EPO--- do they get an increase in breast size? |

You guys are making me wonder about this stuff....I definitely want bigger boobs but not bigger rear and hips, too....Or skin breaking out from some sort of hormonal reaction. What does EPO stand for again?

Mabsy asked about a "measured" experiment. Hmmm interesting choice of words Mabsy. From the conversation, I'll bet there is a LOT of measuring going on.
My guess as to cause would be that EPO has some hormone balancing effects and perhaps that's why for some it results in boob growth. I know that natural progesterone will increase bust size, but only if you were not fully developed.
I'm with Caspar in that "donating" group.

I mean "precise" measuring, though it's probably what we're doing anyway
Thoughtcrime - interestingly I had the same question as you about the permanentness of it (sorry, it's "make up your own words" day with me today. At least I don't think it's a word.... ).
So I searched and I searched and I realised that I could not find much info about EPO having this "interesting" side effect. I only found a couple of sites that mentioned it. These sites were selling herbal breast enlargement pills and said something along the lines of "you might want to also supplement with EPO to get better results". Something like that. So I can't really find anything conclusive, or remotely conclusive about it.
I'm still going to try it because it is actually good for you in other ways. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that it works And if it does I'm going to have to ask everyone that cooks in my household to just blend it into my food in wholesale quantities (just kidding - I'm sure there's a RDI for EPO). Mind you that would mean that my other half and I would need to make sure we don't mix up our food or things could get very interesting.... Just kidding, I'm sure it doesn't work like that.
Betterat40 - EPO = Evening Primrose Oil
*dibs on Judy's donation also*

I was advised on handbag.com to take 3000mg of EPO max, less if you take vitaminA in other supplements. I'd also heard that it's an adaptogen, which means it regulates and normalises hormones which is why it's good for pmt and I guess improves the size of yer baps. I'm also hooked because my skin just looks amazing now, even with all the lack of exercise, daylight and too much booze and not enough water. Just think how I'll look when I go back to normal life |

whats the reason you can't take more than 3000 mg., if you're taking vitamin A? |

hi
among other things,
i take 6000 mg Fish Oil (EPA/DHA)
6000 mg Flaxseed Oil (alpha Linolenic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid)
3000 mg EPO (Gamma/Cis Linoleic acid)
divided into two doses, one in the morning, one at night, for all of my essential omega fatty acid needs. for the person who is wondering, i am male, and have noticed no breast enlargement. |

So Ive got a friend of mine taking EPO as well now, she's quite "well-endowed" already and although she's noticed a change in her hair and nail growth, there's been nothing to indicate she'd need to visit the lingerie section again soon, quite different to my experience, ... weird... maybe a scientific phenomena worth studying...
Now just to categorically state, not me or anyone I know or have ever known has ever seen an increase in either thighs or butts after taking EPO, so i think we can all relax about that, maybe it is specifically targetted to those of us that are "bosomly challenged"? |

hi kiwigirl!
Just wondering, when you said increased in hair and nail growth, does this mean that you have to shave more often than you usually do?
Why do you think this happens? Anybody? |

Gabby - re the shaving part. I have no idea though |

Thoughtcrime, I think it's because EPO is high in vit A, but I could be wrong
m, maybe you have experienced enlargement in other areas? ...c'mon girls, admitt it, you were thinking the same, weren't you? |

I've actually noticed it more in my head hair, I seem to be forever having to get my hair cut, which is very new for me. Haven't noticed it so much with leg hair, but now I think about it, I think I have to deal with under-arm hair a little more often too... |

I think someone else said that EPO is an adaptogen. That would explain why the friend who is "well endowed" didn't see a change in her size. Adaptogens will increase, only if you need increase. Having said that, I wonder who/what authority makes the detmination of need.

Yes, which authority do I need to bribe in order to make sure that the determination is favorable? Mind you, the fact that I forgot to take EPO yesterday probably isn't something that will help |
