thanks mpstat! I was just about to post the same link on this thread too. I hope that they don't crack down on careprost too. *fingers crossed* |

I have not been able to get Lumigan without a script from anyone. The ADC site won't process it unless you fax them a script. This happened three weeks ago, apparently, thanks to Allergan. However, I just ordered a whole lot of the Careprost with no problem. |

I got my first bottle of Latisse very expensively (approx. $140) before I found out about ADC on this thread. I just ordered 2 bottles of the Latisse from ADC ... no problems with Rx or paying by CC# online. Hopefully it also arrives w/o problems! |

I would be very dubious about Careprost. The Lumigan you buy is manufactured in Australia or New Zealand and is sealed. Who knows where the Careprost is manuafactured and what it contains? |

I have dealt with Indian Pharma for many years in a completely different context. I would trust Careprost every bit as much as Lumigan. It is manufactured by SunPharma and their reputation is excellent. http://www.sunpharma.com/sunpharma-aboutus/history.php |

Hey,
I was just wondering if anyone here has ordered lumigan/careprost from and overseas online pharmacy and are in NZ??
I really want to order but im a bit scared cause our medsafe are pretty vigilant and bimatoprost IS listed as a prescription medicine in NZ.
Also, to those that have ordered from ADC before, when they send you their package does it state their name/website on it? ie, is there any way for the post to see the package and know it contains medicines??
Thanks! |

^^ I think the Indian Pharma she is referring to is ADC
You can go to ADC and order "Latisse"
Shouldn't have issues. |

No, no, no. We were talking about CAREPROST by SunPharma, which is the perfectly legitimate generic version of Latisse/Lumigan and can be ordered without a prescription in tons of places for about $10. Just google it, or go back in this thread a little. |

On the sidebar, if you search latisse, it will bring up careprost - the product they are referring to |

Hello everyone. I have been keeping up with this post since I first bought latisse in February.
I had really great results from it after about three months, I just loved putting on mascara!
But, now my lashes are really, really thinning out!!! I don't SEE a lot of lashes falling off, but they are WAY thinner and sparse than they were before I started... And it seemed to happen overnight!!
What should I do?? I'm afraid to stop using it every day, but I'm afraid to keep using it! Should I just cut back to twice a week? Will they ever get as thick and long as they were at the three month mark again? Or will they always be this ugly?
I'm so upset.... I thought I found the perfect answer to my unperfect lashes... (I also bought the lumigan from ADC for when my latisse runs out... great tip from you guys!) |

My story, exactly. (of course, I also have the purple skin discoloration...)
I don't think anybody really knows the answer to your question yet, it is still such a new product. Everybody seem to have their own theories. My lashes started falling out at the 4 month mark, when I had been in "maintenance mode" for some weeks.
I'm back to using the product almost-daily and although my lashes are longer than before I started with Lumigan, they are definitely also waaay thinner. Using mascare only exaggerates the effect; 5, 6 long "spider legs" and nothing in between... Meh. |

I haven't recieved my order yet, so have never used any with Lumigan! Has anyone used this for a long time, long enough to know if the thinning lasts forever, because if it is I will stick with Talika. Talika although not false lash effect did increase legnth and thickness for me. It also really conditioned my lashes, I even use it under mascara when I have time to wear it anymore! My life is crazy. I just don't want to kill off the lashes I have. Would love to hear from long time users out there.
TIA |

I would like to hear from anyone who has used Lumigan only 2 or 3 times a week, right from the beginning. Have you had any shedding? |

Antonia, I also live in Canada and I would like to buy Careprost or Lumigan w/o Rx. Is it possible?
Do you have any experience with this products? |

my lashes are so long today I had to trim 2 of my lashes they were just too long and I no longer wear mascara to work because people always make comments about my long lashes and its kinda embarrassing. |

that's great how long your lashes are! are you using lumigan or latisse?
If so, how long have you been using it, and what is your schedule? |

Sole, if you go to Alldaychemist (online pharmacy) and type 'Latisse' into the scroll bar - it will take you to the 'Careprost'page to make your order, without prescription. Ok? |

I think Antonia and LucyLuc both use Lumigan currently. We are all making a switch to the Careprost (latisse generic) due to availability on ADC.
I know many people who start out using daily will, once their eyelashes get to a good length switch use 2 or 3 times/week.
Personally I use revitalash 4 X a week from the start and never had the falling out situation.
I just ordered 4 Careprost and will probably do the same when it arrives. And will note any comparisons/differences as I see them occur.
Lashes do go through phases in general but these products speed up certain phases - like growth and also loss of lashes. |
