I'd just like to update this thread with a bit more info on the Blinc Kiss Me. I don't use this mascara on a daily basis (I've been using Joey New York or Dior Show) but this week I have found myself in the unfortunate position of having to attend a funeral and wake. I don't ever buy waterproof mascara and so I was going to go without any mascara at all but then I remembered that the Kiss Me is only supposed to come off after it's been soaked in warm water for a bit and some pressure is applied. I wasn't exactly convinced and I didn't want to have purple streaks running down my face but I decided to give it a go. Can I just say that this is a fabulous waterproof mascara that is actually gentle on lashes? I don't buy waterproof mascara because I don't usually need it and because it is supposed to be damaging for the lashes. I can honestly say that while I cried my eyes out yesterday, at the end of the whole day (2 hour funeral + 4 hour wake) my mascara looked exactly as it did in the morning. And the beautiful thing is that when I got home I just soaked a couple of cotton pads in warm water and made a compress for my eyes and then just wiped the mascara off. I'm very impressed and thoroughly recommend this to anybody who needs a waterproof mascara or uses one on a regular basis. Only downside is that it doesn't thicken or lengthen much if you are after that, but it does make the lashes nicely defined and holds a curl well too. |

Just wanted to say that I'm sorry about the funeral and the wake. |

Thank you Rosebud. It was a lovely funeral though but I'm glad this week's over. |

Thank you Dolly. We all have to go through these things. It does seem unfair but I'm trying not to dwell on it.
How about that mascara hey? |

I read on the info about this that you have to makesure there is no product on your lashes when you apply it, they have to be clean for it to grab. How do you manage after all the face creams, foundations etc?
Can anyone tell that I have a spending spree coming up? |

I always feel like my lashes are coming off with the mascara, though. Probably my imagination. |

Guapa - I haven't noticed any problems and with all the stuff that goes on my face I am sure some of it gets on my eyelashes.... |

I've been using this in black for the past year and love it. I recently got it in the purple and like it even more. It makes my lashes look more glossy than the black does. |

For some reason this mascara scatters all under my eyes and even a little down on my cheeks sometimes. Not smudging or anything, just scattering in little pieces. Still on the lookout I guess and back to the drawing board. |

I got this mascara not too long ago. I have started to only use it on weekends when I am going out or when I need a waterproof mascara, because this stuff does not smudge! Those are the benefits. However, I stopped using it daily because I've found that it grabs so much onto my lashes that when I take it off a lot of my lashes go with it. I already have few and far between lashes so this was a big downfall for me with this product. But again it's great for those important occassions that you really need a good stay put mascara. |

Just ordered some in brown/black with my voucher. Looking forward to trying it. Maybe I'll save it for times when I really need a waterproof mascara and not use it on a daily basis. |

I used this in Black. It was nice not having to worry about getting a few raindrops on my face. Only thing was that I could only put one coat on. If I tried a second coat, the first would start to flake and leave black bits on my cheeks. |

i'm asian, so i'm scared the purple will look really weird on me.. i am scared black will look too intense on me though, and that the purple will draw too much attention to my small eyes, |

I love this mascara! The problem i have with waterproof mascaras is no matter how hard i rub, i can't get every bit of it off, and i wake up with raccoon eyes! Don't have this problem with Kiss Me! I just wish it was more volumizing... |

After reading Mabsy review I was dying to get my hands on this product since I was going to a beauty show where Blinc was also present I waited. Lemme say that this is not a disappointment, of all the mascara I tried this is the only one that hardly never smudged on me. Normally my masacra would smudge by the time I get out of my garage (this is a slight exaggeration) but Blinc really stay clear. To be honestly the length and volume is minimal but I would just put Blinc on top of my regular lengthen and volumizing mascara to get the effect I want. Okay it does smudge a little towards the end of the day but for me this is already a blessing because I dont have to be checking my mirror every 30 mins to see if I look like panda. Cheers! |

Hi everyone
I am new to this forum and i am so glad i found it. I have been trying to find a water proof liquid eyeliner for ages and the other day i went to the mall and came across an eyeliner from chanel. the lady told me it was the greatest stuff and it was water proof so i bought it and took it home to try it, AND IT SUCKED. it is not water proof like she said and it irritated my eyes so i took it back and came home to the internet to find one and thats when i found kiss me eye liner i orered it and i can't wait to try it. i also ordered the mascra. has anyone tried the eyeliner? please let me know what ya'll think.
Thanks Angie |

Angie, if you are not looking for serious volume in the mascara, I'm sure you will not be disappointed. I like this very much - for me it is the only mascara that does not smudge at all. Gives well-defined lashes which still feels soft to the touch. I am interested in the eyeliner too. |

Well ladies i finally got the mascara and the KISS ME eyeliner, and let me tell you it does as it says, the eyeliner is awesome, i'm not quite used to using liquid eyeliner yet and i am learning but this stuff is good no smudgeing at all and it stays put i even went swimming in it and it stayed. the mascara how ever does what it says but to me it almost takes an act of god to get this stuff off, so i don't like useing it everyday. to rough on the eyes gettin it off. wished i could find something like it that wasn't so hard to get off the eyes |

I found I lost some eyelashes with it though, so maybe not for me. It does stay on well. |

i just got my trial size sent to me and tried it out immediately. i am not big on mascara really, but i found the formula awesome, it's more watery in a way and i like it more like that. i found it did a great job lengthening my lashes though! i wasn't expecting that from Mabsy's review. the only weird thing is, taking it off is a bit scary. at first i was just rubbing with water which didn't seem to work, so i used a cleansing oil, and nothing, i could just see the tubes coming out slightly (i felt like Madame Medusa from the Rescuers when she takes off her false eyelashes ). i managed to rub some off, but i think there's still plenty on my lashes. i am gonna try soaking cotton and placing it on my eyes next time to see if removal is easier. |

This mascara is really good for everyday use. It's easy to take off and does not smudge at all, only comes off with water and pressure. The only bad thing about this is that they make my eyelashes look really skinny. |
