| Ive got a thin artists brush to apply it with but not sure, does it go on the base of the roots? Do you apply it from underneath the lashes or above? How much do you apply? Thanks! |

| I use a thin brush along the upper lash line at the base of the roots, also in the thin spots of my eyebrows every 3-4 days. That wya, I don't get the spindle lashes and the side effects. I also do a tiny bit along the base of my lower lashes, but that's just me. |

| I have a tiny, thin brush that came with Revitalash and I use that - I brush a drop along the top of my lash line and try to avoid getting any product into the eye. |

| Yes, the not getting it into your eye is the key. That's when I get the red, dry eyes that everyone hates, or if I use it too often. |

I just got my first bottle of Careprost.
I find it very liquidy compared to some other eyelash serums.
One drop on a thin brush is literally enough to wet both eye lashes and even touch the brows in some spots.
Are you using more drops for application?
or will it work as well with just a little like I do? |

Annie,
Does it work so well anyway when you are using it with such intervals?
Have you started this way or this is the way you maintain the results after you've achieved the satisfying length? |

I started out with one drop every other day after reading what some of the other ladies had posted about the red/dry eyes. After a few weeks/month and they started growing in, I cut back to every 3 days and then 4-5 days, and now into my 10th month whenever I think about it. They aren't crazy but they stay maintained without the shedding and over grown spindly lashes that some have complained about with too frequent use.
For me, the key was finding my ultimate growth point and not overdoing it, just keeping them healthy and full and then cutting back to a maintenance point. I had non-existent/thin lashes
to begin with so anything was better than that! |

Yes, one drop does cover both eyes for me. I know one of our forum gals uses a drop per eye!.
I am on maintenance of 2-3 X weekly - when I remember I do it!
It's working out really well - I think I'll start using on my brows to thicken them a little - they're so light I can use all the help I can get. |

Count me. I started using it only a week ago. I do it twice a day. I apply it with a thin brush at the base of the roots on top of my upper lash.
Never knew there could be a side effects  ) |

May as well chime in and say that my eyes are completely normal and clear (re side effects) after visiting my optician for new glasses/contact lenses.
I've been using Lumigan for over a year, one teeny drop each eye, every other day or so, spread with a thin plastic spatula at the lashline. |

| I use Careprost these days. ADC sent me a brush with it that is very thin and works well. I put one drop in the cap and wet the brush, applying like eyeliner both on the top and bottom lids. Whatever remains I use on a thin spot on my brows which is not thin any more but I use to maintain. |

It's been almost a month since I started. I use it every day, no redness or irritation noticed so far.
Till this week, I had thoughts that they sold me water in a Careprost bottle (I bought it from an Indian site and coincidentally my credit card company blocked my card and reported to me a fraud attempt right after).
So as far as Careprost, there was no reaction at all for first 3 weeks. Now I think I see the lashes getting longer... |

I'm applying Careprost with the thin brush that it came with. I dip the brush, wipe off the excess and then apply to my top lashes where they meet the eyelid. Sometimes I swipe the outer lower lashline too.
I've been using it for just over two weeks. So far, no adverse effects and I can see the top lashes starting to curl.  |

| I found the Lips2Kiss lipliner applicator to be the best for applying Lumigan. It has a micro tiny foam tip just right enough to absorb the liquid. One drop of Lumigan on the back of my hand is sometimes too much, because the applicator works so well. |

that sounds like a great little tool. Aren't you concerned about developing a hairy hand though?  |

| Hi. I've just received my first bottle of lumigan from India. I'm a bit apprehensive that its a fake product although it was sealed and looked like the real deal. I've got very short fair eyelashes and am wondering if there are any ladies out there who it has worked for with eyelashes similar to mine? The photos I've seen are of eyelashes that seem long to me to start with! 😍 |

I am LOVING the Lumigan. I have light blue eyes and was very scared of the supposed darkening effect. Now let me say that I DO get some darkening of the skin, wherever I put the product; it's like my skin gets a bit purple-y; however it goes away. Also, the product works really well for me even if I don't use it religiously every night; I often skip nights; I forget; I still have wonder-lashes thanks to this product. I was super-scared of the darkening effect but my doctor explained to me that it happened only to the people who were using this for glaucoma, and so putting it directly in the eye in huge quantities, and even then only 5 percent of users had it happen. So I use a fine eyeliner brush and apply carefully. The darkened skin is nothing a bit of eyeliner can't take care of.
I pick it up for cheap when I'm overseas... I've paid as much as $45 in Mexico & as little a $14 in Vietnam. One bottle will last me 2 months.
